I'm in Russia and can't buy stubs either. Heck, the game wasn't even for sale here and I had to drive down to Kazakhstan to buy a copy, and I have to use a VPN to connect to the freaking servers.

I preferred MLB the Show, but if they are going to treat me like a cheater for using the features they provide, then I'm going to bounce.

@theBlindRhino_PSN I don't agree with instant permabans. Too many tech companies do that with no appeal process, and what happens is you end up catching innocent people in the net. That's exactly what has happened to me. I'm banned, and all I've done is flipping a few hundred silver cards for 30 stubs profit a pop. I have a 41K stub balance for pete's sake, and got banned?

Stubs used to be for sale here too, and also 21 and earlier. I get it that Western Companies have left my region, so it's not just a Sony thing. I now have to use my Playstation pretending I have a Canadian account, and VPN to a Toronto server.

@Pergo_MLBTS I would imagine you are correct. If word ever got out about fake pack odds, that would open the game studio open to a lawsuit for damages equal to all packs purchased.

Nah, not dumb. I wish there was more options for baseball games out there. I am trying to move off of playing on consoles and instead play 99% of my games on PC. This game is pretty much the only reason my PS5 gets turned on. Wouldn't mind seeing Konami or EA even get into the baseball game market again.

@SpawnOfDitka_XBL I barely win 10% of my games against the CPU on rookie level. I doubt I will ever be good enough to even bother playing a online match against someone. I just like to play on the couch, with my kids or friends that come over.

I hope this outage is a big sweep of the bots in the market. I am convinced about 70% of all marketplace transactions are bots. I am not buying this game in the future because of these bots. I will just play this version, in non Diamond Dynasty mode going forward for years to come.

@AstrosJake_PSN I've pulled the plug on Diamond Dynasty as of today. I'm quitting it cold turkey. I am moving to just Road to the Show and classic MLB seasons modes. The great thing about no longer being interested in Diamond Dynasty is I won't have to purchase the new games each year anymore. Cheaters and bots have made DD a no play.
