@TripleH-4481_PSN -- Totally get it. We'll continue to try to keep everyone updated as best we can.

We don't "manipulate the market" as is implied every so often. I just want to clarify that.
I can tell you all that the team is working hard to continue to get the bot situation under control so that the marketplace experience is the best it can be.
As we all know, it's an ever-evolving process.

@UncleVinny___PSN -- looking into this to see what kind of updates we might have.
-
@sp00kyHonk_PSN -- Reach out to Support, and they can look into it for you.
-
@davisonkj17_PSN -- I've mentioned this in other places, but the Support team is dealing with a pretty sizable backlog of tickets. They're working hard to get through them, and they're making progress, but some tickets may take a little longer because of that.
If you haven't, you can always check in with them via the link in the email you got when you submitted your ticket.
-
I've been told that there will be some additional updates to attributes outside of the main hitting and pitching update, including Fielding, Strength, and Speed.
-
The Support team can look into this for you. Just submit a ticket with them by clicking on "Support" at the top of your screen.

No need to post multiple threads. I'll lock this one, but keep the other one open for you.

Hey everyone,
Recently, our team has been working hard to help combat bots in the companion app Marketplace. As a result, some users have been banned or had their accounts restricted from the marketplace on the app (not in-game). If this includes you, we wanted to offer this FAQ to help give you a sense of what to expect and how to best go about getting the issue resolved.
Q: “My account has been restricted on the app. What should I do?”
A: Submit a ticket with the Support team by clicking on “Support” in the top right-hand corner of your screen. Once you’ve done this, you should receive a confirmation email that gives you the ability to communicate with the Support team directly. Make sure to save this email.
Q: “I’m not using a bot; I’ve just been flipping cards. Is flipping cards against the rules now?”
A: No, flipping cards manually on your own and without the assistance of third-party tools is still fine.
Q: “I submitted a ticket to Support days/weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything.”
A: As of this post, the Support team is working through a backlog of tickets. This means that a response to your issue may take a bit more time, but rest assured they will get back to you. You’re always welcome to use your confirmation email to ask them for an update and they’ll give you one as soon as they can.
Q: “Should I submit another ticket? Maybe they lost the original one?”
A: No. You don’t want to submit more than one ticket per issue. This can seem like a good idea when you’re eager for a response, but in reality, it could add to the backlog, making it potentially take longer for the team to reply to your request. Submit one ticket and use your confirmation email to communicate with Support as needed.
Whenever you communicate with Support, please remember to be respectful. Our team understands the frustration that can accompany these situations and is dedicated to helping everyone as soon as possible.
Is there a common question we didn’t cover here? Feel free to let us know in the replies, and maybe we’ll add it.
Thanks for your patience and support!

@Onix_Savage22_PSN -- Better to just report in-game. That keeps all of the reports going to the same place. Nice and tidy.
-
OK, looked into this, and it looks like the SSO features of the forums are making it so that you can continue to log in and access your account even though it's been deleted.
We'll try some things in the backend for you, but in the meantime, just log out and don't log back in.
-
Just to be clear, we didn't "delete" the league. As we're discussing in your other thread and our DMs, it seems to be the result of a bug, which the team is investigating, but I don't have a timeline for a potential fix, if there is a fix.
Just wanted to make sure that was clear for posterity.

-
Maybe give it some time. If you look at your posts above, your username has been replaced by "A Former User", meaning the account seems to have been deleted. Why you can still post is another question.
-
I totally understand the frustration. I would absolutely feel the same way.
As of now, there's no way to recover the league, unfortunately.
-
OK, tried again. If that didn't work, let me know, and I'll look into it further.
-
Seems like you're now posting from your "MLBTS" account rather than the "PS" account, and they must not be linked, I can delete this one for you as well.
-
We've had a couple of reports of this happening. The team is investigating, but I don't have a timeline for a fix.
-
Account deleted.
-
The issue would be that the bot makers would then know how to program them to get around the restriction.
This is a big thing we have to consider here too, and it can make being as transparent as we'd like to be very tricky, just for the record.
Something good to keep in mind as we all work together to try and find the right balance.

The odds of a real human making a counter transaction within seconds of an original one is what is unnatural
We did a little casual testing a while back and were able to make a transaction every 1.5 seconds or so, for what it's worth.
