At any rate, it is indeed at 11am PT, so the normal time for most streams.

@NotesOfJohn_PSN -- I can understand how frustrating that is for sure. Sometimes the acknowledgement is the best we can do until there's a fix or at least more info that we can share.

Awesome! Glad to hear everyone is having good luck so far. The made some changes behind the scenes to how those are given out and it seems like it's going well so far.

@NotesOfJohn_PSN -- All I can say is that sometimes, these things can take time. I know that's not a satisfactory answer, but I don't do anyone (you guys or the team) any favors by setting expectations prematurely.

Rest assured, I check in on these things regularly and will do my best to keep you all updated here appropriately.

@GoozeFn_PSN -- The team is still looking into this one, so no concrete updates I can give at this time.

@Precisionist99_XBL -- Hey, a pack is a pack, right? I pulled Ohtani from a basic Show pack last year, so I hear ya!

There's been a lot of great, legitimate feedback around the 20 card limit, including in this thread, but it's gotten to the point where the conversation is no longer productive, so I'm going to lock this thread for now.

@Salluch_PSN -- First off, sorry this has become such a headache for you and many others. Our support team is working hard to get through the tickets having to do with Now and Later packs/program issues, so sit tight and bear with us as they work through the list. Your patience is very much appreciated!

As an aside, for future reference, you're probably better off submitting one ticket and then following that ticket through the process, rather than submitting multiple tickets. Just makes it easier and faster for everyone.
