    OK, looked into this, and it looks like the SSO features of the forums are making it so that you can continue to log in and access your account even though it's been deleted.

    We'll try some things in the backend for you, but in the meantime, just log out and don't log back in.

    Just to be clear, we didn't "delete" the league. As we're discussing in your other thread and our DMs, it seems to be the result of a bug, which the team is investigating, but I don't have a timeline for a potential fix, if there is a fix.

    Just wanted to make sure that was clear for posterity. 🙂

    Maybe give it some time. If you look at your posts above, your username has been replaced by "A Former User", meaning the account seems to have been deleted. Why you can still post is another question.

    I totally understand the frustration. I would absolutely feel the same way.

    As of now, there's no way to recover the league, unfortunately.

    Seems like you're now posting from your "MLBTS" account rather than the "PS" account, and they must not be linked, I can delete this one for you as well.

    We did a little casual testing a while back and were able to make a transaction every 1.5 seconds or so, for what it's worth.

    @PittsburghPAVS_XBL -- First off, sorry to hear about the medical issues. Hope you recover as quickly and comfortably as possible.

    I just want to point out that @manu__sds_mlbts in particular is working very hard every day to get things where they need to be, so please cut him a break. His task is not an easy one, and he's going above and beyond in ways that you all can't necessarily see. Just want you to know that.

    Appreciate the updates from everyone here. It really helps us to have a sense of how things are feeling.

    As I've said, we understand the frustration here and appreciate everyone's patience. The team is working hard every day to get things dialed in -- both from the development side and the support side.

    Let's continue the dialog around the app and how it's feeling, as we continue to zero in on some optimum settings.

    In the meantime, remember: if you've been mistakenly restricted or banned from the marketplace, reach out to the Support team and submit a ticket (only one). They'll get back to you ASAP.

    The support team is working hard to get through a backlog of tickets. As a result, they have had to prioritize some ticket types over others at certain points, but they're steadily making progress and will get back to you ASAP.

    I'm being told we can do the Ultra Pack. That does seem to make the most sense.

    So, to recap: IF you got a Chocolate Bunny Pack, reach out to Support for another Ultra Pack, but don't open it until later in the day tomorrow.
