Ever hear of a show called "Leave it to Beaver"? Heck, there's plenty of teams named Beavers. Geez.

I love pinpoint pitching but it does seem a bit OP. Maybe they could even things out a bit by having the pitching cursor hidden at all times. Then if someone is dotting every corner, at least you know there's a little more skill involved.

Yeah I realize that. My point is they program these pitchers to throw balls not even close to the plate.. so like don't fail me for having good ABs basically which is what they're doing. The amount of 4 pitch walks in moments is out of control.

I also hate when that happens, but why take a walk in those situations? If it's 3-0, just swing at everything. Maybe you'll foul a couple off until you get a good pitch.

Yeah I do. It's just way to common. On top of that I get way too much bad contact on balls where the feedback looks good. McGriff is a weak fly ball machine in these moments. Also if you don't play online and do the exchange it's just a waste considering you have to still do all of the moments. Just trying to finish the 7 hits/4 XBH moment for the XP. McGriff is probably the most underwhelming card I've used compared to his stats. Unless they really do just have the sliders on. We all know they do in Showdowns.

Well good luck, those moments can be frustrating. I haven't been in a hurry to do the Mcgriff ones due to all the stuff I've read on here lol.

I'm not sure if it's still in the game, but zone + analog is a fun thing to try if you're up for a challenge.

They can't ban people for 24 hours for quitting a video game. Who cares if they quit you won the game and saved yourself some time. Starting at 0 rating would ruin ranked seasons competitiveness. Newer players getting matched with good and elite players. They would lose a large player base. Plus nobody that plays on HOF and Legend wants to reset to veteran difficulty every month.

Agree. Not to mention the fact that putting WS players against lower level players will probably cause many more quits.

I miss that game. For that time period, it was pretty fun. I remember they tried to rebrand it as Cal Ripken Baseball but it never went anywhere.

I always find it amusing the way people talk differently than face to face.

Same thing with the way some people play video games. Nobody would screw with a pitcher like this irl or they'd take a fastball to the back.

Rewriting history by CHANGING the uniform and including a version that NEVER EXISTED is is dishonest.

Either include the whole uniform as it existed or dont....but changing it and then using it to make money while never mentioning that its not really the 1989 uniform is dishonest..

If you cant use the logo because of MLB rules...just say so. If you did it because of your own sensibilities...have the guts to say that too.

Or just dont use a uniform that is not acceptable to current standards.

People deserve better than to be spoon fed, a sanitized, fake version of baseball.

I'm Irish and I'm not upset by it, you know why? It's a cartoon caricature.

You know who isn't upset about indian team names and logos? My wife who is native american. Why? Because it's a cartoon, and she's tried of people being offended on her behalf.

The fact is they did alter history, if they don't want it in the game then just don't put those uniforms in the game... That simple. But re-designing their old uniforms? That's messed up and next level historical revision.

If we want the game to be historically accurate, then make it so players like Babe Ruth, Walter Johnson and others can't play on a team with African American players. That's historically accurate, right? Let's also add tobacco to the game. Any baseball video game without tons of tobacco is wildly inaccurate to history.

I think you should boycott the game, and convince like-minded people to do the same. Stand up for what you believe in!

There are a lot of people who work third shift and get home around this time. Not me thankfully, but I did at one time and I feel their pain.
