I wouldn't get Paxton, his pitches dont move enough imo and hes not hard to read. If u wanna upgrade degrom the TA3 one is a little bit better. Then depending on how much you're willing to spend I think Blue/Peralta/Ohtani and maybe Lynn/Mathewson are good options. I wouldn't replace Leiter or Cabrera though, I think they're still very good in the meta.

Good news to report this morning. After a late night, I was able to unlock Trout via the TA grind. Took the advise on buying diamonds via quick sell. If I wasn't so frugal with stubs, I would have finished this a week ago. Whatever, I got him now and can't wait to play with this card. How did you do overall stubs-wise at the end? I'm about to start this myself.

Altogether - after clearing Stage 3 for all 30 TA's and the Trout collection reward I made 570,000 stubs. And I have yet to flip most of these Stage 3 cards.

I dented, but didn't break the stubs bank I had from the start of this. Tons of XP and some nice pulls along the way as well from the BIAH packs.

Its crazy that after all is said and done you actually make stubs for attaining Trout. When he dropped, i had all the cards needed to get him immediately and sold the remaining i didn't want. I walked away with 1mil stubs, tons of xp and 99 Trout. Its easier than people think.

I had a good amount of the collections done and had a stock pile of some of the cards I only wished I had stock piled the postseason cards. Still working on the Trout collection but I think I have 10 FOTF cards so I'm a third of the way. Does any card for the team count for the exchanges like players league and prospects?

Yes but i recommend using diamonds that are right around quicksell prices. I think one 87 or 88 and one 84 is 50k.

I havent used Darvish but Oswalt I believe is the most underwhelming pitcher in the game. Everytime I used him I got shelled, everytime I face him I hit him hard. Heard this from a bunch of other players as well.

He plays great at 3b been having him there for awhile now no major errors I can recall. And believe me I hold grudges like no other

Grind out FOTF- you can complete the stage 1 guys pretty easily at this point between showdown, missions, and exchanges. Then do Prime and Topps now. With 300k you probably already have enough to complete Trout.

This. Also by doing FOTF you'll get some stubs back through the TA programs and a handful of Team Affinity packs that may results in more stubs.

I rotate my bench alot depending on who I'm trying out in the field. I use the HRD guys because I did the set and they are no sell. Plus alot of them are just not good defensively.
So against righties its Cano/ Griffey. Lefties is Pete/ Judge. Jackie/ Biggio is my pinch runner/ defense. Motm Correa also is clutch for me. Really depends on the pitcher they are facing, finesse vs power pitchers.

Certainly not a power hitter, but he did hit over 20 HRs in a season once.

I actually have my CAP in my pen because you can make them an elite reliever. They only have three pitches but with a deceptive pitching motion most players can’t see the 99 fastball coming then drop the change on them.

I try to stick with velo on my bullpen. I do like the 93 eck and Doolittle is surprisingly good. Rodney is also a good card with outlier a blazing fastball and sinker.

I know this is the White Sox and against the CPU, but I was throwing darts and painting all corners. Safe to say I’m comfortable with him. Can’t wait to take him into Ranked.

Especially if you haven’t locked anyone in yet, buy em up and lock them. If you have a good # of them, you may just make a few stubs doing it
