Hello folks.

I’ve started playing 25. Happy overall. One thing I’ve noticed. It seems as though the outfielders are very slow to react to line drives and pop flies compared to previous versions. I’ve never had issues chasing down balls hit to the outfield in the past. This year almost everything is dropping. It’s as if they are initially stunned and then their closing speed is very slow. Balls are dropping and getting to the gaps for extra bases that would normally be caught. On the flip side, the CPU is tracking my hits better than ever. Any advice? Thanks!

This was a change implemented this year, putting an emphasis on the player's Reaction attribute. This will separate the really good outfielders from everyone else.

After messing around with it, I ended up finally realizing this - thanks for the confirmation!

Hmm it looks like the Rosters aren't there now. Not sure what the heck happened. I no longer see the Drafted players now.

Scratch that - they are still there. I had to choose Load Live Roster for some reason.

The "Current Roster" was showing the 2024 Draft players included in these and now I no longer see them. Something changed - anyone notice this?

Is there still a Leaderboard for this mode? If so, it seems to be hidden pretty well. Any information is appreciated!

My Captain Griffey is a 96 OVR with the Captain Boost activated and also being Parallel 5. Yours can be, too… for free.

This one looks like the early Griffey with the different stance, which I don’t want. Will be saving my stubs!

I’d assume they’re out there and able to be discovered. It’ll be interesting to see where people find these.

Try setting it to fast play in broadcast settings

It doesn't do anything...that's what my settings are on and I still have to wait and stare at a guy's picture that hit a HR the previous inning. It's so annoying.

I’m also a fan of Broadcast Presentation. If anything, I’m hoping they add the option for a user to to change it rather than set it to Fast Play.

Has anyone filed a support ticket and had it resolved already? I submitted one about receiving the wrong pre-order content (one week ago today) but it hasn’t been resolved yet. No biggie… I can’t imagine how many tickets have been sent in so I can understand any delays.

I’m just curious if it’s specific to my situation or they’re just inundated with tons of them so wanted to check if anyone has any any luck yet.

Currently looking to complete the NL collection and have snagged the Common cards for almost every team for only 5-10 stubs each. Our front office is already on the line with Sammy Sosa discussing his future.

As someone who grinded all year and got every card minus Mantle this scale of difficulty will not bold well for more casual players and has taken away from the enjoyment of the game. The content and changes to the defense stats actually meaning something have been great.

Batting Practice is pretty underrated. Try it out before you get into some games and see how it works out, man.

Being in the top 10 to P5 is a fun little goal I have this year for a few specific cards. Anyone achieve this for any personals yet? Show off those screenshots!
