you have to contact PS Support. I used the support bot to get my REFUND ID which you have to give to the representative if they are going to continue working on your case. They will end the interaction if you do not have the refund id. I got a refund for the original purchase which was in my bank account 2 days later and was able to purchase the digital deluxe version like normal.
