If you want to see how it should be, play March to October on beginner or amateur difficulty. Tons of meatballs, great exit velocity, and you can actuallly dot with your pitchers. As it plays now, rookie is not actually rookie at all. It’s basically mid level, almost like all-star, just with slightly smaller PCIs and slower pitch speeds. The CPU will dot, nibble off corners, have an eagle eye at the plate, and play platinum defense while your exit velocity is nerfed to boot.

If grinding wasn’t such a huge part of this game I wouldn’t mind so much but with the way the game plays now grinding can be extremely time consuming, unrewarding, and feel like a part time job. It seems like another massive over correction by SDS because a vocal minority claimed it was too easy and devaluing their cards.

Couldn't agree more. Rookie should just be a casual experience where you sit back and mash. Instead it's become a chore. Why oh why did they nerf the elevations? Ban those stadiums online if people were complaining.

I miss the late 90's and early 2000's when we had 5 MLB games to choose from. This is what happens when there is no competition.

You have to make 3 errors in a game.

No programs just the pack and a free Jazz Chisholm and Jackson Holiday. That's it. Saw this and turned off the game.

Yes. Definitely feels like their catering to online this year. Tons of XP in the ranked and BR programs.

I'd disagree with that, it's not so much better as much as it's returned to the 35 foot dolphin dives that we saw in '22 and '23

The problem with the CPU defense is their defenders never hesitate while our fielders do. Example, played the Blues Jays and hit a ball down the right field line and the 53 reaction George Springer takes off immediately, my 75 reaction Roberto Clemente hesitates before moving.

Upper right corner of start screen, click create, stadium creator than pick the vault, most popular or recent uploads, search for stadium ,then download.

I started playing the RTTS mode today after seeing the TA 3 program.

On the menu-single player modes, highlight mini seasons and press square.

I got Belli from NL west after the disappointment of getting Murphy from the AL West.
