I’m done with this game

I don’t like to complain, but I must complain and share what I feel about this game. I like Diamond Dynasty, I like collecting cards just to collect, not so much to compete online. Growing up, collecting physical baseball cards and share and trade with friends was one of my best hobbies to do. So,having this in DD is cool and of course play with legends. However, I play 100% offline. I don’t enjoy online too much. I might play a game here and there but my main thing is offline, complete programs, collect cards and keep going.
What they just did in TA S3 was atrocious and made me just forget about DD or at least TA and just do whatever I can. My time, which I believe is the same to others players, is very limited. You can’t go home from work and just forget about your family, kids, errands, ect. The game is to enjoy, and to make you go to the game to have fun. Is not supposed to feel like a second job. The fact that they make this TA S3 so difficult for offline players is no understandable to me. What is the point kf my grinding and spent massive amount of time for little progress? This should be at a very least even… for online and offline, specially when you have only 4 weeks to use these cards to do missions, after that, they are gone unless used with a WC.
This is supposed to be fun. And I can’t comprehend why they did it this way. Why? What is the rationale? I can’t understand. It is frustrated because I invest money$ for this game for me to relax,to enjoy, but it is not fun like this. By doing this way, it just make it easier for me to just forget about the game and spent my play time somewhere else.
I don’t know if many from here agreed with me,but from my perspective, it just doesn’t work like this.

Why? Profit. Easy. Simple. Profit.

@Ghostface0926 I definitely agree with you about the offline grind for TA cards being, in my opinion, just exhausting. There are definitely many more.
-
Cynically I think that there's not going to be any offline content (except for the weekly SA) for the rest of season 1 so they stretched this one out by heavily nerfing the single player missions.

Turned the game on this morning in hopes to maybe grind a little bit, browsed all of the menu's for about 15 minutes, tried the extreme showdown, and turned my system off. Just immediately became uninterested when i saw what it takes to even get to the first set of TA3 cards. Can't even do the exchanges because i only have about 30k in stubs.
I've defended SDS and this game for so long, it's honestly a shame how unappealing it has become. I feel like they are constantly losing legends and the grind is becoming unbearable. Shame. Shame. Shame.

I don't know if I agree with this. I'm mostly offline as well and I have a system that gets me through pretty quick. Just do Mini-Seasons with legends. One you start unlocking the TA3 cards and then grinding out those missions the programs start flying. It's only slow in the beginning of each TA program. Then once you unlock the first or second TA guy then your missions start overlapping.

They've really angered us.
The new Exchange method is bulldangy.
It's like they want us to buy packs to complete them.
I want SDS to know clearly that you have even supporters of you wanting to put their hands around your throats. That's right, over a game. Hockey is a game, but ppl fight, lol.
Don't spend your new profits in one place, you nerds. -
The reason they are trying to force people into online play is that when you lose. Their hope is that you get mad and decide to buy stubs to upgrade your team so you can be competitive. That’s it - plain & simple.

@AdeptOfMemory Yeah they saw the EA way was working and tried to one up it. It sucks but maybe people can stop playing DD and play the other game modes that are actually worth your time like Franchise

The first bit is such a drag. If you are able to do the extreme showdown it isn't so bad, but I consider myself to be pretty good at the game and it took me like 6 tries. I probably batted like .100 on good contact, no exaggeration, so many line outs/hits right at people.
For those who can't finish that, it will just be a LOT of grinding in conquest/mini seasons, but once you get a few bosses the pace picks up. Still no reason for them to split up the offline missions by mode and nerf how effective they are, such a sick joke

See ya later this month

I started playing the RTTS mode today after seeing the TA 3 program.

@BiigD008 good luck seeing me. Even If I would want to play, I can’t. Whats the point to waste my Littte time doing something that would take me forever because the screw offline players. It’s fine if others are okay with this, which I doubt based in what my friends and this forum says, but It makes me mad because this supposed to be a game flr fun and this way,is not fun at all. I’m done.
