Cubs:
Ernie Banks
Ron Santo
Fergie Jenkins
Kris Bryant
Tough to leave put Billy Williams but Kris Bryant was the best player on the team that actually won a title so that counts a lot especially for the loveable losers

At one point do the no hitters lose the shine they historically have had? It's getting ridiculous. And as a longtime Texas Rangers fan, come on!!!!
I don't think they ever will. It's still an insane accomplishment considering there are only about 310 in MLB history dating all the way back to 1876.
There may be 50 this year. These guys cannot hit to save their life. look at the team batting avg's for this year. There is even a team hitting under .200.
We've got like 7-8 guys on pace for 300+ strikeouts because no one can hit... The three true outcome approach really makes baseball nearly unwatchable now
Glavine, Tanana, Burnes, Valenzuela, Hershiser
Mainly like guys with good offspeed and control, but Burnes and Tanana are just hard to hit in general so I'll stick with em for a while
I totally understand homers on pitches down the middle/hangers/up in the zone, but I've given up a decent bit on backdoor sliders that literally are dot on the low outside corner or changeups 3-4 inches below the zone
Always love Billy Wagner, good velo with excellent offspeed nearly unhittable if you mix it up properly
I'd collect personally Corbin Burnes alone is worth it he has excellent stuff

That’s weird, typical DeGrom game for me is him getting destroyed
Same here.... He's nice to use against guys who swing at everything but once you get against someone who takes pitches and forces you to throw strikes he gets absolutely mashed. Pretty much why I stick with guys who rely on control and break rather than velocity

Tony Gwynn, Ozzie Smith, Willie McGee, Tom Herr, Robin Yount, Paul Molitor, Willie Randolph, Terry Pendleton, Tim Raines. All guys that could beat the shift and this is off the top of my head in 5 minutes.
Problem is that most of the time now guys like that almost never get a shot. Nick Madrigal is a unicorn in MLB now whereas 25 years ago he woulda fit right in
Pack luck comes and goes sometimes you get a 50 bundle and pull 5 diamonds sometimes you get 2 golds. Personally I don't think the pack odds are too far off from the real thing but I get really streaky when opening packs
I've been saying this for the past few years that some pitches just shouldn't be able to be squared up simply because they're way out of the zone, gets really annoying when you drop in an 0-2 change or a 0-2 fastball neck high and it gets smacked for a perfect-perfect

Jesus christ no I've already played 5 days without anything counting.
Same here just get rid of the stupid time on the programs and bring back leveling up (bronze, silver, etc.) No idea why they got rid of that..
Back online my friends
@sean_87__psn said in Did they do something to fielding?:
I don’t think it’s a bug. Looks like more emphasis on separating poor, good, and great fielders. I am for this.
Eh I'd be for it if they didn't make guys look like little leaguers out there. I've had gold fielding players make errors that make an 8 year old look like a gold glover
I'm getting killed by throwing errors and offline throws from the outfield
Cost me a game last night in RS
Also notice that my outfielders let balls go right through them too
Really buggy fielding
In 21 Sale and Yates so far
Any game? Probably 19s sig MadBum and last year's Rob Dibble
Literally never seen this before, but I hit a screamer back at the pitcher and hit him in the head in one of my recent RS games. A prompt then came up that the opponents pitcher was hurt and had to be removed from the game. Naturally after this the game froze and I naturally took the L.
Curious if anyone else has ever had this happen or if this was just a glitch and that's why the game froze up on me?
