This is what happens when you put 99’s in from the jump. You catered to the few and now this game has been so boring since the end of season 1. How to do have a 99 chipper that’s definitely end game and then have a new 97 chipper it’s pointless. The grind is stupid why am I going to play a game to grind for 95-97’s?? I haven’t touched this game since the end of season 2 and I honestly don’t think I’ve missed anything. I try to come back on and play but it’s so stale and repetitive. This is my favorite sports game to play and it’s sad that it’s gotten so boring.

You can have 99 everything.

Create a player in Franchise and lock to that player during the game. It's the same as the old system minus MiLB and computer "coaching."

That’s cool and all but do you get the added attributes to make stuff 125 max or is it just 99

I can answer the last part. The casuals in this forum complained enough that they removed it completely. Kind of like why you play an outdoor sport with zero wind.

Yea i understand you can’t please everyone but you literally took out an aspect of the game. Again I understand it only happens a handful of times but it’s a video game it’s not meant to be real life lol.

At this point I think sds knows they messed up and now they are just putting lipstick on a pig and trying to make do with what they got. They’ve already given us all these 99’s what the hell is left. Ok cool we are going to get a bunch of 97 homerun and all star cards and then a handful of 99 ones but they will be forgotten about in the sea of washed up 99’s. There is nothing left to grind for it’s the same process just new card art, I think they really screwed the pooch on this year. Great concept just very poor execution in my opinion!!!

This year was supposed to be a great game with new things and better gameplay. Although I still enjoy playing this game and it definitely keeps me busy when I play, there is just so many useless and boring cards and missions to do. We are just now in July and we have 99 cards for pretty much all the good players already. What the hell are you going to put out for season 3 and beyond? I think the concept is pretty cool but the execution is way off. This being the only baseball game we have, it’s pretty fair and we all have a chance to get good cards money spent or not but it’s getting stale now and it’s only season 2. And why are we grinding missions for 97’s when they won’t even be on our bench ever. I hope I’m wrong and they are going to pull out some absolute DAWGS!! For the next seasons, but I don’t know what else you can do at this point.

Idk why but these team affinity showdowns are way harder than they should be. I know I’m not the best at this game but I’ve never struggled to complete one of these and now all of a sudden it’s taking me 2-3 times to finish these!!!! I feel for some reason hitting in these have been messed with. It making these cards look pointless

I hate the way this game is going but by far this is the best sports game on the market!! Honestly this is the only game that you don’t have to pay in order to win. You can have a team full of 99’s and not spend one dollar. I complain about stupid stuff this game does, but all in all this game is head and shoulders above all other sports games imo.
SDS has work still to do to make the offline gameplay better but i feel this is the only company that actually listens to its community and tries to fix things ( except for online franchise mode )

Yes I did type that if your dotting pitches and changing speeds and throwing pitches on the corners out of the zone then a majority of the time they should be outs. They said they fixed the bad timing hits but I still see it happen way more then they led on. Obviously if it’s in the zone it’s hittable but pitches on corners off the plate should not be as hittable with very early or very late timing.

What I’m saying is baseball is a game of chess when you can tunnel pitches and hit spots and change speeds you throw off your opponent. In this game there is zero of that. It’s all rgn idk if you’ve ever played baseball in real life or just a video game player but that’s what I’m trying to explain. I hate when you throw a perfect pitch out of the zone and they swing very late or very early and get a hit way more than they should.

The online play in this game is so broken it’s unbelievable. For sds to say they fixed the bad timing and miss placed pci [censored] is an absolute joke!!! When I throw pitches well out of the zone and they still get solid hits is pathetic. What’s the point of mixing pitches and hitting corners if sds is just going to let them hit it anyways. There is zero skill gap in this game and it sucks because this is the only baseball game on the market to play. I enjoy the offline play but it’s just dumb that they can’t do what they say they are going to do for online play.

Is anyone else in here have about the worst luck in the world with packs!!! I’m not buying any but all the free packs I’ve gotten I’ve pulled 1 diamond out of atleast 100+ so far. I really hope SDS isn’t trying to be like other games and make you buy stubs to buy more packs. This is always the best online sports game I think and I would hate to have it all go downhill over greed.

Maybe I’m just salty because it’s taking me forever to finish the WBC conquest lol. I’m use to getting through them pretty quick but this one for some reason is taking me longer than usual even though it’s fairly small.

I feel like they’ve ruined conquest this year so far. That whole mode should be for grinding and getting stats completed. There should be no reason the cpu should be able to run the map how it does. I don’t understand how they always have unlimited fans and never seem to run out of stuff. Last year I could complete a map quick this year it’s been tough and it shouldn’t be
