How does it show a co-op game in my Game History when I never played that mode?

I still don't understand how you can tell if someone is using Contact as their hitting preference.

Quite the replacement for Xander, not really a Red Sox fan but an exciting move nonetheless.
I like this. Can platoon with Kike at shortstop or the keep Kike in the outfield.
I think they're both starters, platooning them would be wasting one or the other.
I meant in the infield. Unless they throw Kike at second and Mondesi at short.
Have Kike mainly in center field and the days Mondesi needs a break bring Kike in at short.

Finest is also what I left behind during my final push because I needed so many. I am glad SDS decided we needed one ticket below all of them so we could adjust our acquisition strategy and determine which collection was the most expensive towards the end.
So do I interpret your message to mean the end is in sight and you will be done once you pick your last Milestone from the pack? Excellent!I wish. I still have 2 MS cards to get. I'll move on to Moonshot and try and get 5 wins so I can get those last two cards.
If you need 2 MS I would take Johnson and Halladay.
Get the Finest from the Event or just buy some as they're much cheaper.

I think MLB THE SHOW 21 had it perfect. 22 was way too much grinding. I hope they go back to how they did DD in 21.
Refresh my memory with 21s 'way'.

Today, I will get my second and final WS pack. I need to take a Milestone card for Mantle. I get two picks.
The cards I'm considering are Johnson, Halladay, and Rivera (Finest).
Johnson throws heat with his outlier.
Halladay has much better arm accuracy and control.
Rivera, a Finest, has good accuracy and control, but his stamina sucks (CP).I have Johnson's Signature card at P4, but I haven't had much success with him online. His Milestone card has worse accuracy but better control. I know he is a premium card, but I don't want to take him if I won't use him (I know, I can always sell him).
I haven't used Halladay's cards online, but I've faced him and knocked him out early. His card looks really good, though.
Rivera is Rivera. I have Eck (who I always seem to give up at least one run with when closing), Hader, Pressly, Chapman, and Wagner as CPs, so I'm not sure I really need another CP. But it is very tempting to add him to my bullpen.
I've also thought about taking one card and selling the other, but I don't need the stubs (no, I'm not maxed out. I don't even have a million because I've spent so much trying to get Mantle).
I pulse pitch (I know, pinpoint is the way to go - that will come next year), so control and arm accuracy are important.
Mindless ramblings of a vacant cerebrum.
Any thoughts from the gallery?
What other vouchers do you need for Mantle besides the Milestone one? And is it ONLY one more MS to get that voucher?

Nobody wants to sit around for 5 hours playing a six inning game. I just played 45 minutes and the guy was pausing every other batter, took every pitch up to 0-2 and started fouling off every ball. It’s no fun.
But what's the point of playing if you're just trying to get it done as fast as possible? Then once you get to the end; people will grip that there's nothing left to play.

I thought the most recent RS ended, if that's the case then those aren't rewards anymore.
They're still in packs.

The shift better be gone also. It's up to each individual teams manager (YOU) to shift your infield or outfield. The game should've never automatically shifted for a batter. Regardless of his tendencies.
All the tutorials and whistles online need to go too. XBOX and Switch users aren't stupid. It's your job to know when your pitcher is tired. Stop holding lil Billys hand.
You can turn off the shift

I expanded my time frame to 12 months.
So I was not in a rush to get things done.
But the moments and such are horrible.
I would like to play 9 inning games to get to where I need to go.Before this Mantle I was good with who I had on my squad.
But this Mantle has turned me into Golum and his quest for “my precious”
I stepped away for a few weeks from DD and played franchise with some old time roster that some kind soul made.
It gave me legs to finish Mantle. But…do not dare look at my game log
The hours are mind boggling and sort of embarrassing to be frank.
I've been playing DD since 2015. Used to play year round and every single day. These past two games SDS released I quit playing for months at a time.
There was a time when DD wasn't their main focus. I can remember pulling a 99 Miggy years ago after an exhibition game and wondering what is this.
We don't even get post game card drops anymore because of all the nonsense. There was nothing better than pulling a diamond after a tough loss to soften the blow.
You still get one if you play a 9 inning Play vs CPU game.
-
Just finished an Event game where I threw a total of 9 pitches the whole game.
I won. But that's not the point. My opponent swung at EVERYTHING I threw.
He quit in the bottom of the third.
The fame lasted about 15 mins and that's only because I took my time and actually took pitches instead of free swinging.
You all do know that you dont get any extra rewards if you finish a game in 5 mins?
-
I played maybe 2-3 hours per week, maybe 4-5 if I had the time, and I completed EVERY program, got EVERY card available, and have over 15M in stubs.
And when I say completed every program I mean that I made it to the last possible reward.
You don't need to make it to the end of each program. As long as you make it to the Boss; you're good. Everything after that is icing on the cake.

@YOSHI24_MLBTS said in MS Halladay and Johnson:
The amount of those cards available was high, because lots of them were earned as rewards. Now there is lots of stubs available if you grind and sell cards to get e.g. Halladay/Randy … which drives their prices up (demand probably stayed the same but supply dropped)
But if you can get them each twice a season and one at least 3 times a season; they should be more supply. Of course the new season just started and maybe some people have the packs sitting in their inventory because they're already maxed out in stubs.
-
How did these cards jump in value? Last month, even a few weeks ago, they were around 400-500K Buy Now.
Halladay is 650K and Johnson is 900K.
I realize they're good cards and WS rewards; but the new season allows you to get a possible 5 packs (4 for hitting innings totals) and a pack of you're good enough to hit WS.
Shouldn't that drop their price?
-
Next year's cards won't get ose to this value until late in the game. Your best bet is anything that is Bronze, Silver, and Gold (other than LS cards) is to stock up on them. Early in the year they can be had for QS value and won't increase until the first, if there is one, Mega Collection (Brett this year) is announced.
I can tell you that the earlier Event rewards were dirt cheap before Brett hit. I had about 10-20 of the AL Ryan and 2nd Half Soriano, when they first dropped, and held on to them until they hit over 200K.
You just need to know when to buy and when to sell.

@darkblue1876_PSN said in 2020 the show inning program vouchers:
OK, perhaps I explained it incorrectly. I have the vouchers. I can't seem to find a spot on the program menu to redeem.
He explained it. You have to exchange each voucher for the inning program for which it's associated.
Think like how when they released a Player Program during an particular Inning Program. If you unlocked that player during it's assigned inning you could collect it towards XP.
Easiest example, not necessarily for you because you are playing 22, but when they released the Milestone Judge card and you completed the mini program to unlock him; you would go into Collections and 'lock' him in for XP.
Same thing with what you have. However, if your already on, say, the 10th Inning, those vouchers for the 1st thru 9th Inning programs are useless.

I don't know if you picked Colorado or did some sort of random selection but if you are just looking for PXP for pitchers, by the end of the season I felt like the Nationals hitting lineup was the worst in the game and therefore gave the most PXP for pitchers per game.
Doing both pitchers and hitters.

Since I pretty much have everything done, program wise, I decide to start paralleling some players.
I usually load up a 9 inning Play vs CPU game and just beat the crud out of the CPU.
When I do this; I mute my TV and turn on Pandora through my cell and just grind away.
Normally, I'll get into a groove and don't pay much attention to what's going on until the end of the game.
Fast forward to a game where I started TN Dustin May. Since I got him I never used him so I wanted to try him out.
Granted, I was playing a game vs Colorado (at Colorado) on Rookie and was cruising alone when a notification came up during the 7th inn while I was pitching.
It said that thru 7 2/3 of an inning I had a Perfect Game going.
I would've never realized this if I wasn't paying attention. Needless to say I started paying attention.
I was sure that notification would jinx me but when it was all said and done; I had pitches a Perfect Game with TN Dustin May. He also has 21 Ks.
Not much of a brag post, as it was done vs the CPU on Rookie, but this is my first Perfect Game.
If it wasn't for the notification that popped up; I probably wouldn't have realized it until after the game was over.
Guess when your 'in the zone'; you're really 'in the zone'.

No swing when press x what’s going on? I thought that he was my controller but I switch to another one and I still have the same problem. I guess it’s another glitch🤬
Are you PRESSING X or just tapping it?
Sometime if you don't press the button hard enough; it will register as a check swing.
