Do god Squads Ruin the Game?

Full disclosure, I just got 10 runned by a good player.
But as he was contact swinging my rear end into the ground (I started using it too, but far too late) , it occured to me that the last few months of this game are not as enjoyable.The lower tiers (anything pre-Wild Card) are especially silly because you can literally hit anything.
I'll take an occasional [censored] whooping like a man, but is there any indication that we will ever get a game more skill based?

I still don't understand how you can tell if someone is using Contact as their hitting preference.

Keep playing until you get to HOF difficulty. It's not perfect but plays definitely better than all the nonsense below it.

God Squads is the appeal. Just not at the beginning and middle of the game cycle.

That’s what bugs me. You build all year and once you’ve collected all that you want, there’s nothing to do with them. I really like DD and am not as bothered by the gameplay because I’m not very skilled and don’t play online as much. But I do wish there was something to do in these last few months before the new game comes out.

Literally the only thing to do is go for top 50 in ranked seasons if you haven’t done that already.

I get that we have Mini Seasons but it would be fun if at the end of the year once all cards are released if they put together either a conquest or just moments with games against all time theme teams. Take the best cards for each team, put ‘em on a squad and let us face them.

We should also have the option of vs Cpu 9 inning games vs all time rosters.And
Vs best of the 80’s
Best of the 90’s
Snd so on.Seems to logical.

The sound off the bat. It literally sounds like a broken.
Plus fouling off pitches that bounce on an 0-0 pitch.
Hitting pitches 2 ft off the plate for bloop hits.
Again, I know this isn't a problem on the 2 highest tiers. -
