thanks to those of you who played me n tried to help me. i got first rounded and put up an absolutely pathetic performance. simply time to fully accept that i am not good at this game anymore.

CAPs should only stay if it's based on people's real life attributes.

A bunch of 5-6 220 lb guys with 0 speed 0 power and way too much self confidence.

There was a post about a week or two ago asking for new stadiums. Somebody replied saying that a lot of parks from the 70's were cookie cutter multipurpose parks with equal dimensions. They'd look the same with slightly different skins.

I'd be okay with that. Personally, I'd like an Astrodome/Kingdome. Our only domed parks have a quirk somewhere in the OF.

And old Jack Murphy or Vet stadium would work as well.

I never knew that this was a thing. Thank you to those for explanation on what it is. I'd LOVE the ability to know if it was a lefty or a righty though, even if just an opener.

I get a lot of “late” goods and they usually go right to a fielder or a pop up. Bummer man...while the late lates are rockets down the line for doubles. Game can be cray cray at times

Might as well make two different modes for BR. One for Allstar and one for HOF.

Make the HOF rewards a bit better to create an incentive to eventually get players to try it.

To further push my point, was griding earlier and I could really see the ball. It looked like a beach ball coming in it seemed so decided to play some RS, prepping for my WS push and I played two games. First opponent in 820’s that rage quit after I put up 10 on him in 5 innings. Second game, again opponent in 820’s. Put up 13 runs on 17 hits. Wish I would always feel the way I felt today. I find it helps to take breaks. I wasn’t able to play for 2 days and came back refreshed. Too bad I can’t play some more tonight since I’m feeling so great. Sitting 880 and will make my final push this weekend

I don’t think so man. The way all the postseason content has been released so far makes it seem like an October POTM of sorts. Unless he is the final reward or you need the collection to get him(like Mondesi), he won’t cost a penny of stubs

With RS this year, usually I get as far as upgrading my lineup and pitching rotation, adding new players who I’ve unlocked. Then I go play something else.

It appears what they did was shrink the timing window for perfect so much that it now is effectively random. Unfortunately, this means a huge increase in good squared outs again, which is what ruined last year.

Ended up choking a 9-0 run, but followed it up with a 12-0 and got Trout. Definitely tough to adjust to the slower speeds but the hitting feels pretty rewarding so far.

I haven't played a single game yet. Been grinding some of the offline stuff to build a somewhat decent team, but I'll dive into it very soon.

I get the burnout feeling. Haven’t been on in 2.5 months, I’m hoping the new game brings the enthusiasm back. The beginning of the year is always great, this year I just lost time/interest sooner than before
I walked away for 8 months. Gave my PS away and everything. After once being a WS player (multiple times in 17), for whatever reason I have not been able to make the adjustments to get back to the promised land. If I couldn’t compete at a high level, I didn’t see much point in putting the time in. Then I got bored in January, bought a used PS and got back in the game. And here I am, still unable to make the adjustments.......and ready to walk away again.
