Has anyone else besides me had their account reset twice by SDS?

Why is my account reverting back to the April 4th account reset?

@Victor_SDS The link was re-linked even though the link was not operated. Then my account was reset again and I lost everything. Unlink my account, [censored] SDS. ︎︎︎ WTF ︎︎︎

If SDS can't solve it, give me a refund.
I will never buy this game again.

It's been a month and it hasn't come back.
SDS is looking down on me.
I'm really angry, they don't seem to want to do anything.

Finally, there was no response from SDS at all.

I still have no progress back

2 Switch unlinkable problem
3 Progress not displayed in Companion app

Not only the companion app but also the game itself account issue is not resolved.
