Restore the account database from backup and return to April 3rd

8 days have passed and the problem is still not resolved

Is it only the switch that still doesn't solve the problem?
No response from SDS either.

@Victor_SDS Has it been resolved on PS and Xbox?
If only the Switch is unresolved, please make an official announcement about the current situation.

If SDS can't solve it, give me a refund.
I will never buy this game again.
