In the last month we have lost Tom Seaver, Lou Brock, Bob Gibson, Whitey Ford and now Joe Morgan.

This program will actually help me complete the Mookie collection so I can't wait.

Cobb’s swing as always generated power. Even his (91) would hit HRs.

This is the best inning boss this year in my opinion. Hopefully next inning we get Willie Mays.

Well done SDS. This is why you’re different than 2K. 2k would have made people spend a week’s pay to get a card of this caliber.

I was waiting for a review on him...thanks. I'm envisioning him as my lead off hitter sort of like Rickey Henderson was with the As. Can hit, can hit for power and anything in the gap is a guaranteed double or triple.

Rumor has it that the 8th inning bosses are 99 Kershaw, 99 Pudge and 99 Foxx.

See my issue is on xbh moments. You hit the ball down the line and it should be a double, but the CPU runner who was at 1st stops at 2nd.

I was 8-1 with a .86 ERA and 114 SO with Maddux 88 so I would assume I would do even better with his 99. Also picked up 98 Orel and 97 May to try and find someone to go with 97 Wood 97 Leiter 98 Hal and 94 Hendrick.

Great to hear. This is why I love hearing other players opinions, but then also try them out. How Maddux or Wood or even 94 Hendricks pitches for other wont necessarily be the same as me.

Do you have any tips you can share as I assume you already have it done.

After putting 98 Griffey Jr in LF and 99 Babe at 1st, I don't have a need for any of the bosses. I can actually hit with 98 Griffey and Babe is well Babe who hits mammoth no doubt HRs.

Both Cano and Hornsby rake for me.

I would like to hear that explanation as well. I plan on taking Bo, Clint and Yordan. Might buy Shaw, but not sure.

Serious question. I’m terrible online. I play offline a lot and do okay. But online... I’ll go event games with no hits. Half my wins are guys quitting or losing connection. I can’t catch up to a good fastball to save my life, and couldn’t recognize a slider vs a cutter until my PS4 tells me what pitch I just missed. Most of my hits feel like I simply “guessed right”. I just remind myself it's just a game and meant for fun and relaxation. I'm horrible at online so mainly stick to offline play where I can enjoy it.

I will be the first to admit I stink at the game and thus why I play mostly offline. It's my first year playing and very proud I made it to all star level in RS. I'm not ashamed to be an offline player or that I enjoy playing it that way. It's all about having fun, enjoying the game and there's no right or wrong way to play (not including cheating).

I think he has such a good mix of speeds. You have to use pitchers like leiter Maddux Orel in reverse. Instead using fastball to setup off speed, you use off speed to setup fastball. At least that’s how I have success with crafty pitchers.

Exactly. That's what I do with 97 Wood. Use breaking ball stuff to see up his fastball. That's also how I pitched 88 Maddux to 8-1 114 SO and an .86 ERA.

I'm 80 stars away from which every 6th inning boss is going for the most.
