Ok guys now I am able to install the PS5 version, what I did was, I delete the game and insert the disc (don't copy the disc) on your right side there's the free PS5 version, click on that and it won't give you the option to download it until you eject the disc and insert it again.

Try that... it worked for me

Probably the only way is for th to delete or get rid of the beta

Let me upgrade to PS5 please! I got the JR edition and redeemed the code and still playing the PS4 version

I've been trying to upgrade since I got the game and still haven't able to do it. I sent many tickets to SDS and they just replied saying that the team is aware, but they don't do anything, it's frustrating

Probably they won't pay attention to this until they fix the servers

I already did everything above, but when I install the beta I go to the 3 dots and there's nothing in the menu that says I can install the full ps5 version

This is the most resourceful answer I received from them...

If possible, could you make sure the PS5 Download Code from the left side of the Steelbook is entered into the PS Store "Redeem Code" section. Afterward, please insert the PS4 Disc into the PS5 and try again? You will need the PS4 disc to proceed. We regret any inconvenience caused by this."

Yes, just click on the 3 dots and there's a menu

Same here, I put the disc and can't download the PS5 version, when I'm in the hub it says "PS5/FULL/BETA TECH TEST" but when I downloaded it it only gave me the beta and not the full game. I don't know what to do and this is really annoying

I agree. It takes ages to create a logo there, we should have something more user-friendly, or at least upload some logos from the internet

We can put all our ideas on how to improve the customization settings. It would be nice to have a stadium creator, more logos, font and number styles etc...

Anyone else has any idea on how to improve this?
