Why can't I upgrade to the PS5 version!?

I ordered the JR edition, put in the disk, installed the PS4 version, and redeemed my voucher code. To the right it says Free PS5 Upgrade but when I hit that it brings me to a screen that just says Learn More and Follow. Why is there no option to upgrade when it's offered? Paid over $100 for this.

idk man i got the JR edition too but i should’ve just got the digital to begin with. i ended up getting the digital and it’s better the load time is faster it even skips the intro bs and i’m on playing ranked in like 20 seconds of starting my ps5 the disk JR edition works but it’s kind of garbage cause it takes longer to load into i’m gonna sell my JR edition on marketplace or something make some money back

I online chatted with playstation on Saturday told them the problem, they called back yesterday with a new code to download the ps5 version

I've been trying to upgrade since I got the game and still haven't able to do it. I sent many tickets to SDS and they just replied saying that the team is aware, but they don't do anything, it's frustrating

I ran into the same issue on 4/16 and both SDS and Sony said there was nothing they could do about it and that I did something wrong
