If you’re like everyone else and get a cool down for just being alive on co op then here’s a fix that will help.
1.Join a party on ps5 with your friend
2.have your friend get into the co op invite screen in Diamond dynasty
3.then have your friend go back into the party and click your name
4.choose invite to game
At work now, so for step 4 it might say something along the lines of invite
If you have a Derek jeter card already on your squad, you’ll have to swap him with a random player and then when you click your SS, all your Derek jeter cards show up.
Just played a co op game with a friend against two Xbox players. One player wasn’t playing the field for some reason and we scored 5 runs in the first inning before we lost connection to opponent. So the games final was 5-0 W for us but The after game page shows we lost and our name was switched to “didn’t cheat” uhhhh what?
I’ve tried to claim them but it says to connect accounts and I’ve done it, and reconnected to see if that helped and nothing still
You’ll have to go to where you can view your universal profile and on the left side of the page shows your friends, click on that and try from there
I don’t even think ohtani has his name available still
I also have to agree with op about the cpu going all out with taking territories. Not hard to finish but annoying to keep retaking places
Have a runner with 70 speed at the lowest (or a little lower) but I use ppl with 75 speed and when you’re on first base wait until the pitcher starts to check on you, and at that time old R2 and hit L1 at the same time, release L1 and while holding down R2 tap the steal L2 and release everything

That method has been around for a long time. I don't think they are capable of/interested in patching it.

That's a good point. Now that I think about it, not sure if that was a moments thing or a showdown thing or both. Either way, it's a good trick to share from time to time for people who don't know about it. Kind of like the dashboarding in multi game moments. Just a good thing to know.
I had the tutorial on since I forgot about it and tried the extreme, but when I saw it stop I said omg I can cheese this lol plus knowing how to steal almost 100 percent of the time helps in connection with those moments

Then why not give it away for free to everyone on here instead of begging for a DM? There are probably a dozen youtubes out there with tips. Do you have something different? I also suck at the game and I'm undisciplined at the plate, can you help with that?
Well to cover myself and the players, if I say it to the public here then there’s a chance sds could try and fix any issue or problem (btw sds, there’s no issue or anything wrong with the game or code) I just stumbled upon a strategy that is completely op, just It’s hard explain. That’s why dm is easier. And you don’t have to worry about any bad discipline at the plate, once you know what i know, you don’t have to stress as much lol idk I’ve been up all night and I’m just rambling at this point
If you can explain it in DM (typing) you can also explain it in a thread (also typing). Copy and paste works wonders! I eagerly await your hidden knowledge!
Typing in a dm is private and better, but typing it here could have led to the fix or something else. I posted it already on this thread. I appreciate your sarcasm.

Did you read about the tutorial being on and how to do it all? If you’re still confused I can help ya more man 
Here’s the secret, turn on batting tutorial under options and start the showdown. Then after each boss you can reset the tutorial at bats again quickly by going into a vs. cpu game in Diamond dynasty and once the game starts, just instant quit the cpu game and it’ll auto reset the tutorial. So that means you can get 5 cheesy meatball pitches each boss, just like it is when using this method for a normal moment. Rinse and repeat.
Well if you guys want I’ll post it on a new thread and show how you can beat showdown the way I found and if the devs keep it the same and not remove that method then nothing to stress about lol

Also I’m not cheating or breaking any rules by this, I’m also not selling anything. So sds don’t think I’m a hustler on here lol but for real real, it’s a strategy which might help you immensely

To step off press L1 and then throw to the base ahead of the runner
