It seems to becoming constant at this point. If I wanted to do a three inning game against the CPU I’d do conquest.
Also, if I have say an hour to play it really screws up If I want to do an RS game as now this daily moment takes up quite a bit more time than a faster moment.
In any case though, three innings really isn’t a moment,
61 overall power and you have to hit the out of cavernous Forbes field.
Screw whoever came up with this one.

Honestly, the more I think about this response the more it makes me angry. It is unbelievably arrogant to essentially tell people that paid for a broken game to essentially shut up.

Thanks for coming in and flexing! We aren’t all pros like you and beating it is a giant pain, and a lot of us would love to not do it again because we lost credit due to server issues.

There are a couple on here.
I don’t enjoy them, but I loathe moments where you have to stack XBH over multiple games given how random it is.
The other two things I hate are the insane CPU fielding and the fact that CPU pitchers tend to throw everything out of the zone in these moments.

The dead silence has been the biggest issue. If there are issues, tell us what is going on, but also tell us what on earth you are going to do to make it right. I’ve lost a showdown, just had my game with the padres wiped, and lost TA finals, not to mention the xp issues.

- We recently deployed some server side updates that reduced the number of "server exception" errors players were seeing. We will continue to monitor and prioritize server stability as we move forward.

Appreciate the response, but how are you going to compensate for the huge amongst of Xp, TA vouchers, and first inning showdown fails?
Just beat the Padres to get street, server crash. Seriously, if you aren’t going to say anything I want a Refund. I’ve literally wasted hours of game progress only to have wiped out by your servers.
MAKE THIS RIGHT. I want my 1st inning showdown, Street, and my lost TA vouchers. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

50k xp, 25k stubs, 10 TA vouchers, and maybe 10 packs for everyone and maybe a 42 pack?
I think that is more than fair. I lost at least one showdown run and had to redo conquest games because of this. I paid 100 for the prerelease and bought 100 dollars in stubs so really this has been a horrific experience.
Basically the title. There have been nothing but canned “we are working on it” response with no elaboration, no timeline, no fixes. You’ve done multiple server fixes that to my eyes corrected nothing. You have given no update as to what you are going to do to make things right other than double do that isn’t even working.
So, when are you going to talk SDS, because I’m about to request a refund on the game and stubs I purchased if you don’t say something and I’d imagine many others are as well.

Days now. I understand you are busy and this mess isn’t your fault, but I literally just lost the first inning showdown due to a server error. I submitted a ticket with photos but really don’t have much hope of it being resolved and I’m losing desire to play.
I think given the massive issues giving everyone credit for a couple team affinity showdowns and the 1st inning as well as other things wood smooth a lot of things over.
Edit: honestly the biggest issue is the complete lack of communication. I know you can only say what you are given latitude to say, but passing that up the ladder would be appreciated.
