You can play co-ops with live rosters????

Ok. So REGARDLESS of swing times and PCI placement, players get a Perf-Perf result???

Weird post. Are you complaining about the uniforms being worn? I play a healthy amount of Co-Ops and playing against Stider is pretty uncommon. Not John Donaldson??? Thats a 75% chance.

Co-Ops only allows you to pick 6 cards, so its impossible to go against a team build.

I find this post intriguing because me and buddy I play with usually do pick 6 braves cards, but we have literally NEVER seen another team do a "team build".

I just recently heard about Cronus Zen, and how people use it in gaming. Does anyone know exactly what it does in MLB The Show? How does it help a player?

Sale just did an interview explaining this is first healthy offseason in quite some time. Detailed how he hasnt been able to properly prepare for previous seasons.

Apparently hes started his offseason conditioning in November and has high hopes for 2024.

I have always played on meter. It can be extremely frustrating when you PP a pitch and it gets hung or sent to the middle of the zone, but every option has its pain points.

Ill be the first to admit I was wrong about season 6. I figured with all card available, I would see Donaldson, Randy and Gibson over and over again.

Surprisingly, ive seen more diversity than ever in what pitchers people use.

@halfbutt I just dont understand what you want to see. It sounds like you want to score 7 runs on 10 hits, and the 3 innings take 10 minutes or less.

That just wouldnt be realistic baseball.

Few things are more enjoyable than hitting a juke off someone that quick pitches each time as soon as someone gets to second.

My wish is for Captain Cards to be 99s and be powerful enough to get more players playing online with a team setup instead of a god squad.

I play online with the Braves current lineup and rotation. Adding The Conductor to my squad this past weekend was a lot of fun.

He's 2-0 since I added him.

Ive been playing all year. I dabbled into playing with a God Squad online, but I enjoy playing with the Braves' real lineup and rotation. Ozuna didnt get anything other than his core card, so I play Chipper Jones into his spot.

I enjoy grinding for any Braves card. Now that all cards are available, my "all braves" squad is very competitive online. I go in and out of the 700 rankings and make 800 everyone once in a while.

Wins are much more gratifying when its not on a god squad, and believe me, I have ALL the top cards.

At the end of the day, MLBTheShow has competitve edges. People that dont play on a 1MS response rate monitors are at an extreme disadvantage.

@X-FREEZE-OFF-X Skenes and Snell are who im seeing at a high rate the last 2 events, which allowed for some older cards. I agree they arent as hard to hit as Donaldson, Gibson and Randy.

I was just projecting the other 2 people will pick based what im seeing a lot of right now.

I believe you will see a big bump in utilization when season 6 drops. People will be intrigued to build a god squad will all card available to them. I think thats the idea behind sets in general. Its a reason to play this late in the year.

With that said, I also think utilization completely dies for Show23 about 2 weeks after set 6 starts. I dont think it will take long for everyone to get sick of facing Randy, Gibson, Donaldson, Skenes or Snell every single time they play.

Im actually looking forward to the end of new content (ie progams, conquests and events) so I can finally stop playing.

I have been having a lot of success with the Tom Glavine from Set 4. His control i fantastic and people just cant seem to square him up for the most part. It plays a lot like Maddox Set 1 card.

Season 6 will probably end my grind of the game this year. I have absolutely no desire to play again Randy Johnson, Bob Gibson and John Donaldson almost every game.

Played a Co-Ops game with him and had 2 doubles and a 3 run bomb. I was surprised he only had 85 speed. His reaction time in CF was pretty quick, so he held it down.

I pulled 99 Oneil Cruz when he was the rare reward a few months ago. I used the card in the NL Central TA5 program in the "Exchange" thinking it would make the card "No Sell", not completly take the card away from me.

I put in 4 help tickets hoping SDS would understand the mistake, but I didnt even get a response.

Last week I got a bunch of stubs selling my WS rewards for BR and paid $153,000 in the market for Cruz because I wanted to "right that wrong".

A few days later I read im going to get him for free.

Did anyone fully complete the Set 1 Collection Program?

I got Chipper and Pedro, but Im still like 40 cards short for Babe Ruth. I did 100% of TA1 and have completed all Programs and Conquests. Ive been grinding "Rewind" pack when available, but getting 40 more set 1 cards at this point seems impossible and purchasing any card from that set is like $50,000 minimum.

Did anyone actually get all 3 of these GOAT cards?
