I pulled 99 Oneil Cruz when he was the rare reward a few months ago. I used the card in the NL Central TA5 program in the "Exchange" thinking it would make the card "No Sell", not completly take the card away from me.

I put in 4 help tickets hoping SDS would understand the mistake, but I didnt even get a response.

Last week I got a bunch of stubs selling my WS rewards for BR and paid $153,000 in the market for Cruz because I wanted to "right that wrong".

A few days later I read im going to get him for free.

Skill level with on-line play is absolutely insane. You can really tell when someone is just sits in the right zone for a pitch vs actually moving the PCI with every pitch.

It's absolutely insane to me when someone never misses a mistake pitch.

Doing the rewind is to help people get the cards they need to get any GOAT cards they missed.

I for the life of me have NO CLUE how someone got all 3 GOAT cards for season 1. Im like 40 cards short of finishing that set collection and ive done every single program and conquest out there along with TA1 to 100% completion.

It must be safe to say that folks that struggle with Showdowns dont play online. Showdowns are pretty easy for me, but I cant get above .500 in 1v1.

Ive never been a fan on his. I'll also add that the final moments of hitting 2 HR with him says its on rookie difficulty, and the pitcher most certainly is not at rookie.

Id pickup the WBC Trout and save the $800K in stubbs.

As most have said, its pretty common practice. That said, nothing get nuked harder than pitches on the bottom line. I would suggest spending the first inning taking a lot pitches and paying attention to where the pitches start for a stike compared to a ball. Once you get that as a reference point, taking pitches low is much easier. If it starts high, send it 450.

Go to practice mode and select only the bottom two rows and have the pitcher throw nothing but breaking balls. Cant tell you how much this type of practice helps.

I miss the days when you would just use a team when playing online. I dont really care to make a GOD SQUAD, but its a most if you wanna have a chance.

Wish I could just simply play as Braves live rosters against another teams live roster online.

@NCStateHokie The All-Star Acuna card is better that than the 70/40 card in 1 area. Its +2 in contact vs lefties. All-Star card has decreased stats in 7 other catagories.

Do you have the All-Star card boosted and comparing it to non-boosted 40/70?

If you have opened 50 Chase packs, you should stop spending $75k on the 50 pack and save to $1M

Some concerns on here are valid. I play on meter pithcing and ive definitely gotten more than a few "perfect pitches" that were set to be on a corner, but resulted in a meat pitch straight down the middle. It usually happen deep in a count with multiple runners on base.

Sucks when it happens, but it is what it is.

I don't mind sets and seasons but they really need to be better planned out compared to what we got this year. If I want to use Stan Musial in season 5 then I am restricted to a 94 overall captain card. But hey, at least both Corbin Carroll and Ketel Marte have had 99 versions eligible for every single season in this years game.

If I want to use Nolan Arenado on my Cardinals theme team I am limited only his live series card (83 ovr) is eligible.

Instead of Captain cards giving attribute increases, I think a captain card should allow you to access all cards affiliated with the captain's team regardless of sets. If someone is willing to do a team build instead of a god squad (which puts them at a disadvnatage) I think they should be allowed to access all that team's cards.

Played a Co-Ops game with him and had 2 doubles and a 3 run bomb. I was surprised he only had 85 speed. His reaction time in CF was pretty quick, so he held it down.

@X-FREEZE-OFF-X Skenes and Snell are who im seeing at a high rate the last 2 events, which allowed for some older cards. I agree they arent as hard to hit as Donaldson, Gibson and Randy.

I was just projecting the other 2 people will pick based what im seeing a lot of right now.

I have always played on meter. It can be extremely frustrating when you PP a pitch and it gets hung or sent to the middle of the zone, but every option has its pain points.
