I have the same problem on my PS4. I have submitted a report ticket on the issue but have received no response.

Your account looked to be fixed already, I saw you made progress in the XP Reward path and unlocked items.

Pretty sure that's because I was playing the demo game. I still have the problem; I can send timestamped photos to prove it if you need that.
