Diamond dynasty stuck in tutorial.

I am stuck in the tutorial part of diamond dynasty , i have completed everything on the tutorial portion , but the open pack part says to open pack and is showing no pack and will not let me do anything once i get to this stage. plz help

Restart your console. See if that helps

Can you try again, I added a The Show Pack to your inventory for you to open and hopefully get through the tutorial.

I have the same problem on my PS4. I have submitted a report ticket on the issue but have received no response.

Your account looked to be fixed already, I saw you made progress in the XP Reward path and unlocked items.

Pretty sure that's because I was playing the demo game. I still have the problem; I can send timestamped photos to prove it if you need that.

I’m stuck too can you add some show packs to my account I think 400-500 should get me unstuck

How would I get to customer support? It only shows for xbox specifically. Is it them I would contact?
