Your account looked to be fixed already, I saw you made progress in the XP Reward path and unlocked items.

I’m stuck too can you add some show packs to my account I think 400-500 should get me unstuck

I am also legitimately having the same issue. Tried restarting the game multiple times but its the same issue. Tryna play some Diamond Dynasty. Smh.
