I liked Harper a lot but ultimately sold because the vlad card was free and about the same thing. If you don’t already have Chapman he’s the pick.

I believe you answered your question. Unless you are truly elite at the game, have an approach at the place. I typically am sitting on pitches unless I have two strikes. The speed is to fast to react.

Othani is a good player. He isn’t even close to the best player on his team.

I think they are making progress. Pitchers like DeGrom and Ohtani have useable fastballs that are actually better than sinkers. Whenever DeGrom is lifted for someone like Alex Reyes I am way out in front of their sinker.

Just turn off the feedback. That is what I did. I’m convinced it is not correct.

I totally agree with this. I hit an absolute bomb with votto yesterday and the pci feedback was on the opposite side of the strike zone from where I was holding my pci.

The sinker was 91-95 with tons of movement (he was throwing it up in the zone and still getting crazy movement) the slider at 87-89 is a wipeout pitch and the curveball around 80-82 seemed more of a show pitch than anything but not bad. He pretty much cruised into the 7th where he left a fastball up and over the middle that josh bell was able to hit out. But this kid looks promising. But he wasn’t throwing sinkers 100MPH up in the zone so he’s pretty much trash.

I think sometimes people forget that this is a video game and reality still exist.

Vlad is also good. I’ve used Harper and Walker both are great. Castellanos has a noodle, but is still one of the best hitters in the game. OF has endless options.

Two things that indicate impending homerun:

1. A poopy base hit
2. The indicator your pitcher is tired

I don’t like it either, but the cool thing is you ca win 40 games and still get the player.
