    I know work is probably absurd now. But can us folks who lost content (pre-order content, and progress, stubs, etc) get an ETA of when things will be fixed? Or at least, give us an assurance that we will be given our entitlements which we paid for. Honestly, at this point I feel like we should receive some sort of complimentary content due to the massive inconvenience. We paid for this service ultimately.

    We don't take what you do for granted, but we'd like to feel valued as members of this community you all have built.

    Can you provide a status update for this crowd? I think our biggest question is will our content (preorder content, and progress) will/can be restored?

    This is a product we paid money for and we just want to make sure we receive what we paid or receive a refund.

    I understand a lot is happening, however this matter deserves SDS attention since it’s such a large group that’s been impacted by this glitch.

    Also having trouble logging in on the show account. I receive this error in a small red pop up box "Error Logging In!"

    @JeebWrangler_MLBTS if it’s of any consolation. Many of us are dealing with them same. Hang in there. Keep making noise until they address it.

    Many of you say you can view your inventory on theshownation.com just not in game (PS, XBOX).

    Is this the case for all of you? My lost pre-order content doesn't appear on the system (Xbox) or on theshownation. However when I look at my "Order History" on the Microsoft Store, I see my Jackie Robinson Bundle voucher. But in game all this disappeared as of last Saturday.

    Thanks man. Just wanted to know we aren’t forgotten. I think we’re the most disgruntled crowd since we all paid extra and didn’t reap any benefit to that. Hoping it’s fixed soon. I appreciate the update.

    Okay, so now I'm piecing this together. I see that when I'm just logged into my "The Show" account online, it shows all my stuff online - it's all there. Then, when I log in with my PSN or XBOX account it shows everything wiped out. So...I just need those to unlink and tie it all in with my The Show account.

    I am amazed with how many people tell me, twitch streamers tell me and their followers in comments section, "Oh yeah, this is easy just UNLINK your account and BOOM it's fixed"

    It's wild how for all those users it works like a charm but then there are a handful of us that UNLINK just isn't in the cards. How is that possible? How if we're playing the same game on the same consoles do we not all have the same interface?

    It's a mystery.

    I can’t count how many times I have unlinked my account. At the moment I do not even have access to my original MLB The show account. I get an error logging in. I can only access the forums via my PSN or Xbox Gamertag. And like many of you have noted. These accounts are “connected” to one another. What’s frustrating is that I literally had all my preorder bonuses and then boom all erased.

    Tomorrow’s officially one week of this fiasco.

    I just wish they’d provide clear instructions on the linking and unlinking. I can currently unlink my Xbox from everything. I’m wondering if that will truly restore my preorder content.

    But then if I do, I’m afraid I’ll lose all my current progress and so I’m just holding off on linking/unlinking anything.
