I submitted a ticket in the preorder day period because I lost all my preorder bonuses. At this point I’ve progress pretty far in the game.
However it sucks that I paid $92 (w/ tax) for a special edition game only to have all my content wiped and never have it restored.
Anyone else have luck with SDS fixing these types of issues for them?
(BTW: please don’t tell me to troubleshoot by u linking. Tried that but to no avail )

The least y'all could do is assure us it will be made up to us. I was so excited to pick Pedro in my 42 pack, to now have him lost who knows where.

Not sure if it’s fixed for you all. Looks like the tile that was giving me trouble works now.
Every time I try to defeat this one tile on conquest, it triggers the following error “An unhandled server exception occurred”.
This is on the Nation of Baseball Map. Guys on Reddit are also talking about this very issue on other maps, after the update happened.

No. The other poster is wrong. The cards he is talking about are the non purchasable 42 players. There's one for each team.
Griffey is from the pre-order packs.
You need to file a bug report so SDS knows he is missing from your inventory.
Have you had success in having them replace items in your inventory?

I’m still waiting for my content to be restored. They linked my account to a mlb the show account. I don’t even know if I know the login. When I login to my show account it doesn’t show my PSN or Xbox. But when I login to my Xbox or PSN it shows I’m link to a MLB the show account. No idea what’s going on.
SDS I’ve tried to go through all your channels (support tickets, called Microsoft) to have my preorder content reappear.
I’m not sure if my preorder voucher is on another MLB the Show account. But PLEASE can you restore my items. I have attached receipts, pictures of my physical steelbook. All I want is to have this reappear on my account (daily doubles, 42 packs, 10k stubs). All was lost when I linked my Xbox to my PSN for my gold loyalty.
Please respond, how can you help. Linking and unlinking have not helped. Now you linked my account (I didn’t link it to a MLB the show account) and I’m afraid to unlink since I’ve progressed in the game and would hate to lose my content.

I mean I hear you dude. The guys replying probably have not been effected to the same extent and so it’s easy to belittle that post. But honestly it is ridiculous. I think even the assurance that we will have everything returned is better than saying nothing (or saying somethings coming soon). We want to feel like we’re getting our value for what was spent.
Maybe the lawsuit is a little extreme, but I get the sentiment.

I have the same issue man. Unfortunately no solution yet. There’s a mega thread with many many others experiencing this exact issue.

I just really hope unlinking our PSN accounts with our Xbox accounts actually restores what we lost. It kind of seems like an assumption. Makes sense, but what if we successfully unlink those accounts and our progress/entitlements (preorder, daily doubles, 42 pack(s), gold packs, etc) aren’t returned back.
Ultimately that’s what I want. I want all that I lost to be restored. I have receipts and proof of purchase.
Unlinking means nothing, unless our content is restored.

Hey I've been keeping up with this forum for a few days now and it's really discouraging playing this game, or in better words a lack of playing this game due to the linking dilemma. I did log on this morning to see that my show account was finally unlinked from my PS5 account but when I do hop on my PS5 still nothing is there. The only was I can access my DD content and progress is through the PS4 version and personally I know there's probably not a huge difference but I didn't spend all this money to be playing on my PS4 again.
My question is on my PS5, if I start the PS4 version all my items are there, there is also an "UNLINK" option under my profile, it says if I do this I will loose all my current DD and XP progress and will be returned to the boot screen.
I've heard people says they unlink their accounts and it seems to fix it, my question is, will I really lose my progress?
When I log in on my PS5 under the PS5 version of the game it still shows no progress.
On theshow.com today my accounts show linked to MLB but not to Xbox or PSN anymore.
I tried linking them on the theshow website and it gives me the same warning that this will erase any current progress and reset my account. What about my pre-order items?
Same here! I stared at that unlink button for an hour last night, really wanted to hit it, but I couldn't think of a way that it'd make sense in fixing things because the PS5 still shows as linked (to what, I don't know). This needs to be resolved or at least addressed today.
This! Mi consoles (PS5 and XBox) are finally "unlinked" in theshow website, I did not do anything from last night. Im affraid by that "erase content" warning.
Right now im playing on the PS4 version that has no problmems and shows all my stuff and progress.
Edo, did you unlink them yourself? Or did it just happen. My PSN and Xbox accounts are linked. I only have TheSHOW21 on Xbox Series X, but I am coming from PlayStation after all these years.
Wondering if I can get the two UNLINKED. I linked them to receive my loyalty rewards and forget it, once I tried to unlink them I lost everything (loyalty, stubs, preorder, daily double, everything).

With all due respect your fixing the community market (online/ via theshownation). Yet y’all are neglecting the fact that a whole group of us have had our preorder content erased. And every time we try your troubleshooting steps (such as unlinking, or restoring license) all out content is wiped and progress erased.
Seriously guys. Answer us today. We’ve tried to be patient but this is ridiculous that we aren’t even getting the assurance that all will be restored, even if it’s just a matter of time.
Seriously SDS. JUST AN UDPATE WOULD BE NICE. LET US KNOW YOU SEE THIS GROUP. We preordered your game paid extra and it’s like nothing is being said. So many of us feel like we’ve been scammed. Tomorrow will be a week and nothing has really gone addressed. Victor gave us a mini update, saying you know it’s an issue. But can you reassure us a solution is on the horizon?
