Losing players in diamond dynasty

I bought a Ken Griffey 2 days ago I went to generate my lineup and now he's out of my inventory and now I lost 32,000 stubs had anyone else have this problem

Go to the Team Affinity tab and click on whichever division you want to look at. You will see on the left hand side there are missions, collections, moments and exchanges you can do. You need 60 stars to unlock your first pack

No. The other poster is wrong. The cards he is talking about are the non purchasable 42 players. There's one for each team.
Griffey is from the pre-order packs.
You need to file a bug report so SDS knows he is missing from your inventory.

So far, I have not.
Same for me. I lost a couple pack pulls, as well as LS cards I bought on the market to complete collections.
When I messaged SDS, they asked for my stub purchase receipt. Like what? I said I bought cards and they disappeared, I didn't lose stubs.
Oh well. I'll live and make it up eventually.
