    I think it's getting close. I would think the next step in the process is reload everybody's mlbts database so we have something to link to. Give it some time before you try to link.

    I know work is probably absurd now. But can us folks who lost content (pre-order content, and progress, stubs, etc) get an ETA of when things will be fixed? Or at least, give us an assurance that we will be given our entitlements which we paid for. Honestly, at this point I feel like we should receive some sort of complimentary content due to the massive inconvenience. We paid for this service ultimately.

    We don't take what you do for granted, but we'd like to feel valued as members of this community you all have built.

    Bruh. Why y’all ignoring us? Just let us know you’re coming up with a solution for this group. You guys are answering others. Why not just tell us what’s going on?

    It just looks shady. Just tell us. “Hey, XYZ is the issue, we’re hoping to have it resolved by . . .rest assure you all will be taken care of”.

    Otherwise, you guys just look like you stole our money. Again, we’ve all paid for this product. And also, it’s not a Microsoft issue. As per the five conversations I have had with them. Have the decency to just give an update man.

    Hey I've been keeping up with this forum for a few days now and it's really discouraging playing this game, or in better words a lack of playing this game due to the linking dilemma. I did log on this morning to see that my show account was finally unlinked from my PS5 account but when I do hop on my PS5 still nothing is there. The only was I can access my DD content and progress is through the PS4 version and personally I know there's probably not a huge difference but I didn't spend all this money to be playing on my PS4 again.

    Same here, just because I'm out of options I installed the PS4 version last night and everything is there. Deleted the PS5 version, reinstalled and still nothing. I also don't have anything showing on my account through TheShow's website. Went through support chat and of course they don't know anything. How hard is it to just put a half assed statement out there and say something about it SDS? @Adam_SDS_PSN @Victor_SDS_PSN @Pat_SDS_PSN @Collin_SDS_PSN

    On theshow.com today my accounts show linked to MLB but not to Xbox or PSN anymore.

    Same. Get an error about "Platform Exclusivity" if I try to link. My PS4 data is messed up too. Tried reinstalling on my PS4 and my PS5.

    Just waiting now... So frustrated

    I can’t even log onto my MLB the show account they made me create.

    Makes me think they banned me for making noise about this issue. Who knows. So much is broken right now.

    Edo, did you unlink them yourself? Or did it just happen. My PSN and Xbox accounts are linked. I only have TheSHOW21 on Xbox Series X, but I am coming from PlayStation after all these years.

    Wondering if I can get the two UNLINKED. I linked them to receive my loyalty rewards and forget it, once I tried to unlink them I lost everything (loyalty, stubs, preorder, daily double, everything).

    On the PS5, are you sure it shows linked not just link (in the game, not on the site)? Because if it show's linked, unlink it. If the PS4 shows linked, man up and unlink it and let us know if you can then link the PS5. LOL.

    Look, I tried linking to both accounts, even the one that says you will lose everything. It just gave an error though. Somebody else unlink the PS4 then.
