Has your ticket(s) been resolved?

I submitted a ticket in the preorder day period because I lost all my preorder bonuses. At this point I’ve progress pretty far in the game.
However it sucks that I paid $92 (w/ tax) for a special edition game only to have all my content wiped and never have it restored.
Anyone else have luck with SDS fixing these types of issues for them?
(BTW: please don’t tell me to troubleshoot by u linking. Tried that but to no avail )

Only thing I lost that I never got back was 30K stubs, first few hours after game was pre released. All I got back was a messaging saying all stubs have been returned to people after I sent in another question about why I havent gotten mine back. So I guess they are just keeping those.

I lost about 15 packs and im not getting them back.

I lost 37k stubs last weds. Still haven’t heard back from them about it. At this point I’m chocking it up as a loss. If they give it back great, if not then I got finessed outta stubs.

I just emailed them back. Said I’m not tying to be rude but I put a ticket in on the 28th and it’s currently the 6th and you haven’t responded back at all, what’s up???
This is a lost f’ing cause -
I put in a ticket over two weeks ago about my squads disappearing that has locked me out of being able to play any diamond dynasty content since 4/19. It has not been resolved & I haven't heard from them for about 2 weeks now.
Pretty upsetting for a game I have over 100$ into (DD preorder + some stubs during early access to get my collection flipping started)
My ticket was in the 51500 range, browsing reddit etc, it seems the ticket #'s are well over 70000 now, good luck. -

It's a new week...time to bump this back up on the list so that it doesn't get forgotten. I have still not seen any posts or updates from anyone that has had their ticket regarding missing items resolved or updated (with something other than the auto-response).

I had 2 tickets in. One from 4/20 where I am missing approx 30,000 stubs and several lower tier cards that I ended up re-buying. I still have not received a response to this one. The other one was from 4/28 that I put in because I had about 8 levels of xp not count. They responded when they released the thank you bundle saying I could go to the shop and get that bundle.

I am hoping that the "We're Sorry/Thank You" bundle is not expected to be their resolution to so many of the missing items. Ironically, it seems that the issues with stubs and items are only a one way problem - I don't see a whole lot of people claiming that after the server problems they all of a sudden had a bunch of new diamonds and a whole bunch of stubs they never had before.

3 weeks of “squad not found” error when I try to play DD content, still no response on my ticket.
