Agree with this. It would just provide more ammunition for the streamers to create those tier lists and then everyone is using the same team. It may actually make it worse.

What I don’t understand is the long queue in general. There can’t be that many who are trying to buy him just to finish live series. Which only leaves “investment”. The crazy thing with that is he would need to go to an 83 gold to have a positive return. Anything less than a plus 12 and your investment loses stubs.
A plus 12 I have to believe would be the single largest increase in one roster update potentially ever. I don’t see how that happens. Anyone recall the jump Arozarena got in 2020 after hitting all those home runs? Guessing it wasn’t a plus 12.

Vouchers had to be submitted during wild card round so by picking la you got both teams playing in that wild card series.

This is terrible. Where is the Chris Bassitt reliever? Where is the Louie varland card? SDS really dropped the ball on this one. I get the potential duplicates for mvp but how do you gave duplicate clement and yesavage cards?

Tampa is a pretty small market and I think they have done a better consistent job than the Royals or Brewers.

How big of a market is Dallas or Houston? They are both consistently good and have been for a number of years.

Mets are a large market team. Same with white Sox. Large market does not equal great team. What it does do is allow more chance for error. Yankees/Dodgers can miss on a big ticket free agent and bury it. A small market team can’t afford to have a black hole of a free agent signing.

So are these only the cards from the program? So you can complete the program by playing the game OR pay some stubs and get the program rewards??

Joe Torre multiple doubles would like to have a word.

Trey Yesavage about to shoot up this list. Doubt he can pass Kurtz but he hopefully goes from 71 to a gold so at least a plus 9 in the playoff update maybe gets him to +20 and second on this list. Not bad for only being part of two updates.

@Dolenz_PSN you are right, there will always be someone complaining. For this Team Affinity my hope is that they realize they are providing nothing for us to do once we get those cards. I have all 30 vouchers and I don’t play nearly as much this year as I have in years past. So on TA day, I will get all these new cards but will have nothing to do, nothing to work towards.

I’m just curious if others feel the same way.

I agree with this. I feel TA was a big fail this year. The original concept is long gone as soon as they brought out Color storm and offered 150k of progress they realized the issue with the insane requirements and basically made TA completely irrelevant from that point forward.
We can only hope for a conquest (or multiple conquests) and a mini season but I won’t be holding my breath. My gut says TA will just fade quietly into the night.

Only based on playoff performance. So any non playoff team players will not update.

Oh maybe you can’t on the first turn, not sure about that, but you can later on.

The issue is no margin for error on turn 1. You cannot just continue as @sbchamps17_NSW mentioned.
