But you got 19k stubs returned for locking everyone in. Definitely the way to go with the live series is complete it as soon as you can.

FYI I think spring breakout showdown pack now gives 2 players. So only 2 times through not 4. I realize that doesn’t really help if you can’t win showdown but just don’t do what I did (frustrating beat it 4 times only to realize I now have 4 duplicate cards as a constant reminder to look closer at the rewards)

Still grey screen. Now AL is completely grey whereas yesterday I could see the AL East and White Sox. Clicking on the grey brought up the Guardians. Now clicking on the grey screen brings up the Orioles. NL screen now shows Atlanta and the grey screen.

Mine is iPhone. Very annoying as I track my TA progress regularly through the app.

Report the bug to SDS. Hopefully if enough people file bug reports they will fix the issue.

I am having the same problem. Submitted a bug ticket yesterday but haven’t heard back. Guess no one is home on a long weekend.

It also doesn’t help that there were 11 new diamond live series yesterday. There certainly were not 11 diamonds that dropped to gold. So more low value diamonds to dilute the pool.

Sale was for a guaranteed rare round. So definite deal as all those cards were priced over 30k earlier in the day.

What’s funny is that double xp still doesn’t even equal what normal xp used to be. I just played a game in mlb 23 and it was night and day on the amount of xp, perfect perfect hits, higher exit velocities, cpu throwing hittable pitches and just generally much more rewarding gameplay.

People that weren’t playing 2 years ago have no idea how it used to be. If you haven’t done it yourself I’d recommend any player go back and just play 1 game then come back to 25. It will confirm all we’ve been saying and thinking and then some.

Biggest agree in your statement is : “CPU throwing hittable pitches”

The CPU pitching dots and balls is so annoying. Sometimes I just want to take out frustrations and smash the cpu 35-0 but instead I’m forced to work the count and take a few walks. On rookie difficulty no less.

I'll be honest, I played one small conquest maps last night (3 games) and was so tired of the lack of decent contact on veteran that I stopped and I don't see myself playing today.

When my most reliable strategy is to wait for one of my players to get a hit and then sub in Victor Scott II so that he can steal 2nd (and occasionally 3rd) just to stay out of the double play and so that he can advance/score on one of my many fly balls then that is not that fun.

This is my experience most of the time as well. Not really fun at all. I don’t recall this level of bad cpu locating pitches in past versions.

This is not the message at all. Instead the message is I’m playing just as much as I did in the first inning where I got to 1 wheel spin and this inning I’m no where close to the boss packs because there are far fewer sources of xp. No team affinity xp. No multiple conquest maps like at startup with xp. Only 1 mini season with xp not 2 like at startup. Far fewer xp gates in the multi player program.

If SDS is going to nerf xp from playing the game they need to make up for it with large gates in the various programs.

I feel the same way as many of you. Part of the problem with comparing xp in inning 2 vs inning 1 is the 135,000 xp from team affinity at a very early level in that reward path. There is no additional xp in team affinity after 30 affinity points. Losing access to this makes it even harder to get to the end of the 2nd inning path

There were a few of those missions that were painful. The Joe Torre doubles comes to mind as well but nothing has ever approached that Nava moment.
