This mode is horrendous. Shouldn't cost any stubs to enter and i shouldn't have to draft a team.

Ive given up, i cant do it. If i try any more i wont have a console to play on. I cant do that and RS is almost just as unbearable right now. So right now idk what else to do. USA map for a 3rd time? Lol

Im sure once 2k makes money off of their return to football, theyll be coming for baseball as well. Then SDS will get off their b u t t s.

Xbox diehards that haven't had a real baseball game in years? Sounds like a lot of quits in the the 2nd inning to me.

Im in the same boat, i have no motivation to play this game. They release cards that aren't very good at all, i cant stand the pitching, and theyre just trying to be greedy during a pandemic where most people arent working. But they dont care lol Im switching from cod, rdr2, and this game being the least that i play. Last year i was tanked in on waiting for whats coming next, but this year nah, im very bored.

I just want 2ks pitching thats all. Everyone left them because of cool graphics. If only people understood the value of competition at the time. It doesn't matter who likes who, its about both companies competing making the better game.

Trust me you ain't the only one. I love HOF mode but i cant complete this showdown to save my life. I was never a fan of modes that dont use your own DD team.

Im biased cause im a huge basketball fan, but it makes sense to reward user input no matter the sport/game.

Got Hader to 71 pitches and he still had yellow energy. The mode is so fixed its not even funny. I love the idea of showdown, but its got a lot of tweaking that needs to he done.

Makes no sense, we play this mode to build and use our dd teams. For the innings we should be facing the bosses with our teams in the moments. And showdown should be used with our team as well.

If 2k was running this, perfect perfect would be 100% a hit. Just like a green release in 2k is splash every time.

I also feel like these difficulties are not always what they say they are. I normally love HoF, especially online. You would think with these so called “perks” that you would be alot more successful but they haven’t done anything for me.

Ive done this 3 times already. Surround yourself of those empty spaces then make your way towards the top and to the left, take over rockies and their areas, and make your way to Seattle and down the west coast. You don't need to steal any fans at all. Every stronghold game after the rockies, i save for after ive simmed every space on the map.

The elimination factor should only come into play in the final stage of the event. This game has too much RNG for us to spend 1000 stubs an entry only to hit screamers to the outfield every time. Then we as the community get pissed off and waste our time.

This 100%%%% never understood why there are mini showdowns. Like we’re here for the final showdown only. Its bad enough playing a mode that i don't use my own DD team.

I was just as frustrated as you are but its really just being patient enough to wait for the right pitch. Took me forever to do the 1st inning but i finally did it by just waiting till 2 strikes on every at bat. I still think its rigged, but only thing i try not to do is get stressed and force the hits.
