Not only have programs been pathetic, and gameplay -- hitting is a [censored] JOKE -- but even the hype streams are pathetic snooze fests. It seems like the team knows what hot trash they're peddling and can't even fake it anymore.

Innovation and creativity? Nope. Just keep expanding player base to MONETIZE, MONETIZE, MONETIZE.

Will this keep games at PS4 only though? I would imagine PS5 would still be included in crossplay but I very well could be wrong. At this point I am not too consumed by it. It will be interesting if it is implemented to see how big any advantage will be.

Modding is what kept mvp baseball 2005 relevant for me for 8 years. It was fun as hell. Cannot mod for online play though obviously.

That’s the thing though. People will mod the heck out of it and play online with it. It happens in almost any game that is on PC. I don’t expect SDS to have an adequate anti-cheat system in place.

I agree but at least open the door for offline mod use and just restrict non sanctioned online mods for competition or restrict them just from online all together

PCI. Normal. Breezed through every one except the 6 hit/2xbh in two games. That took a little dashboarding. First game I had a double and 2 singles and I am thinking wow easy peasy. Ya right. Haha. Probably took me close to an hour of good/okays and 93 mph perfect/perfect fly outs short of the warning track to finally get it. And when I finally did it was single double HR and done. Haha. Feels like the cpu lets ya sometimes ya know? Thought this third stage gave me less grief than some of the other parts of the program (the doubles and triples especially).

Offline. Havent played with online yet.

I could not tell on the pitch speeds from AS or HOF, felt the same to me. This game went from unplayable to very enjoyable overnight though. Just trying to figure out if it was the patch or a connection issue. Thanks for the reply!

Again, i lost 2 RS games today to bring my record to 15-4, could care less. I am back online and it is playing great for me now. If it goes south I will be back to tell about it. I had more fun losing today than I have the past couple of weeks winning. I have no idea why this is but others have experienced the same. There are still bugs, but it does not have the lag and choppiness that it did before when it was unplayable. And I just confirmed it was not my internet connection.

I hope you’re right. I’ve only done showdown today and it felt the same , jamming a SX toy up your rear on most of your good swings. I’ll play RS in bit so i hope you’re right

I beat the showdowns half the time. The problem is that the only runs seem to come from bombs now. Whatever they did to hitting totally took way doubles mainly so it’s hard to string out hits and so I just hope for bombs

Yup, you have to be in the right place at the right time with the right input. Like buying a winning lottery ticket the day before bankruptcy. Or falling down the steps and busting a hole through the wall and finding a cash stash you never knew was there. I just finished 1st inning last week, the al East showdown now has me wanting to burn my ps

In that one stack lefties and sit on the high fastball, and be Patient enough to not fall for the low off speed, it always seems to be a ground out even if you connect good
