Just what it says in the topic. This is getting out of control.

I'm tired of all the [censored] patches you do every year and break the game. I'm sick of the [censored] comebacks you have the CPU do in games where they are being beaten to make it "exciting". I just had the CPU have me commit 2 errors in a row to load the bases and then the next batter take an outside pitch deep for a grandslam to take the lead then when I'm up to bat pick my runner off base with just a normal lead to end the game. Great realism SDS. If you didn't understand that last part was sarcasm.

I agree with your overall POV but at lot of this frustration could be mildly alleviated with a side acknowledgment by them that they are aware, working on it, and hope to have a resolution soon - maybe even an estimated timeline.

PR 101. Even a college intern know this.

I do believe your brain isn't functioning, you may want to see a doctor about that. Of course they owe the consumer something. We paid good money for a functioning game, and guess what, this game doesn't function.

Tony from the RTTS/Ballplayer Team posted a blog today going over some of the things the design team is monitoring based on the feedback about RTTS and Ballplayer.

Dude yeah sometimes I rag on you casuals and DD noobs but this post I was actually being real, the core mechanics are there, just needs a slight tweak to make fast balls faster. If you actually play on Legend every year with pitch speeds on max you will notice it right away...I basically notice fastballs were a tad slower after 3 at Bat but breaks and snaps on offspeed stuff like curves and knuckecurves and splitters were different for the better. I know I'm in the super minority with this game but I'm hoping SDS could patch the fastballs a little faster, 2019 pitch speeds was on point.

If your such a hard-core veteran why aren't you one of the top ranked players?

Whoopty duputy so you must play on Legend with pitched speeds at 10 then...which is not the norm...why you getting cranky for?

You talk a lot of [censored] about things you know nothing about. Maybe you should check your ego at the door before you start to spout off in the forums.

It just astounds me that after all these years you still break $hit every time you try to patch something.

It is obviously a bug with what is going on in RTTS. Try playing another mode, earn xp, stubs, or equipment that will help you later when it gets fixed. Cuz pissin and moaning doesn't fix it. Things happen welcome to the real world.

I've read quite a lot of your posts and some I see your point but by far you seem to defend everything SDS and ridicule most other people. Everyone has issues with one thing or another in this game so just because it doesn't line up with what you want doesn't make it any less of an issue.

When I need a quick laugh or to smile I come read this.

Then you will be "whining" for the entire games cycle. SDS does not award victories for server errors, never has, never will. Sorry

Like it says, one game I'm late on 86mph sliders and very early on 97mph fastballs. Next game I'm dead on then the following game it's early on the 82 slider and late on the 94 fastball. This is the worst year so far for the timing window. It's been off some in the past but this year has been horrendous.

It is getting ridiculous with the amount of pickoffs. In online play the pickoffs need to be gotten rid of but at the same time get rid of lead offs for the runners, also make it harder to steal bases to offset it. In offline they need to be completely removed from the game. If you can't correctly code how to make them more realistic then they need to be removed with also removing the ability to take leads off the base and making it harder to steal overall. It is bad when I'm holding R1 on my controller to make sure my guy doesn't get picked and he still does. And when I have to sit through 6 consecutive pickoff attempts at first with a runner who has 27 speed and 3 steal ability, I mean that is in the realm of ridiculous. Rant over but still get rid of pickoffs!

I only have 1 thing to say. The BBWAA should have never been given the ability to elect HOF'ers. It should have always been by a retired players committee. And before you say "they can be elected by retired players committee", I mean there should only be one committee, not 4, that do selections.

I'm going to be biased and say Robin Yount was definitely a HOF caliber player and human being. I had the honor of being the Brewers bat boy in the 80's and he and Paul Molitor were both big names at the time, but Robin Yount went out of his way to hang out with me in the dugout and actually talk baseball with a kid. He taught me that no matter how big you got you always remain humble.

And let's all get on the same page here. The players union only wants them to be included in the players union the same as the MLB players because then the players union receives more money, much more money. They truly do not give a [censored] about players, they are a business also and are in it for money. The reason they want the years of service reduced is because the faster a player can get to free agency the higher their potential for making money. And that means more money for the players union. So it is greed all around on both sides and it is only the fans who suffer.

They didn’t make you buy the game.

We found the government employee.

Or, you found someone who understands that making a game on a new console is going to have it’s issues

You just need to quit, this has become laughable at this point.

So I was a minor league ballplayer in the early to mid 90's and the first thing I will say is it is a choice. Most players know in the first couple of years whether or not if they have the talent to make it to the big club. After that they either choose or don't choose to keep playing. Most choose to play because they love it and because they don't really want to get a real world job, I know I did along with about 20 others from my team. But usually they are forced to quit playing or jump around all over to keep playing and taking less and less money. This isn't all on the owners, it's on the owners, the players and us for contributing to the stardom of players, which in turn makes them believe they are worth $30 million a year.
