I’m really not very good at this game, but this has helped me enormously: someone recently posted about resting your thumb completely on top of the thumb stick so you’re sort of rotating your thumb to move the pci. After reading that, I realized I had been resting my thumb along the bottom edge of the stick, so I was having to “push” up or “pull” down and it was really hard to accurately reach all corners. It was especially hard to make corrections (ex: if I pushed up and then realized it’s a big 12-6 curve it would be really hard to stop and pull the stick back down).
I may not be explaining this well, but it’s helped me. It’s taken some time to relearn how to move the stick but it’s definitely making a difference.
EDIT: also, I have started positioning myself so my left thumb is perfectly lined up with the starting position of the pci. Before I was a little off center so I could lean on the couch armrest, but this has made it a little easier for my brain to track exactly where to put the pci without having to adjust for my off center POV
First part of your post I will definitely try. Don’t really understand the second part though .
