I don't think that they communicate with their players nearly enough but I do believe that all these issues are being worked on. The troubleshooting and patching is probably much, much harder now that there are 3 consoles to coordinate everything on.
I love paying good money for a BETA version of the game. It’s great.
Been 10 days since I’ve submitted 2 tickets. NO RESPONSE. Missing 80k-100k in stubs.several cards which included 3 chase utley cards (at the time selling for 21-22k).

Been a week now since I put in my ticket for missing stubs and cards. All can be verified through my buy/sell orders and the packs I pulled.
Can you please advise when you expect to review and respond to my ticket? Been playing the show since 2015. Been a loyal fan.

You can put in a support ticket. Don’t expect a response. I’m still waiting… Going on 4 days now since it was submitted.
Put in a ticket Saturday morning. No response either. Lost over 80k and 3 chase utley cards. Server crashed, I guess, any sell orders you happened to cancel during that time resulted in the cards disappearing from inventory. Frustrating part, you can SEE the buy orders completed. Zero SOLD. Zero in inventory. Good stuff SDS. Was just trying to flip cards on launch to set myself up with some stubs.. guess not.
Might add I spent $100 on deluxe edition and another $100 on stubs.
Still waiting on cards and stubs lost due to server issues. Pretty wild they will take your money like that. It’s legit stealing. I feel I bought early access only to be beta testing it. What a joke.

Same issue. I canceled some sell orders and never received my cards back. 4 cards listed around 21k. (The new cards with the cool background) which I bought stubs. So basically those just stole money… gotta love being scammed

With the parallax program he will be useable the entire year only being replaced by a better version of himself. Hats off to SDS for the program. They found a way to make live series cards viable for much longer.
No, actually he won't. Every card, except for cap, gets pxp. Trout gets leveled up, but so do they making it a wash. Now, I do agree that LS cards will be viable longer, but when an elite Mays, Griffey, etc., comes out for the outfield, he comes out and the work begins to level them up.

Again, no he won't. That same plus 5 pxp also applies to elite 99s, leaving the gap right where it started. If you want to play a card that's inferior to them, that's your prerogative.

Online or offline? Wifi or hard wired? I haven’t had those same issues. Seems pretty consistent and I’ve played close to 15 event games. I did get disconnected twice though. I think my modem needs to be updated though.
