Refunds for Digital Deluxe

It’s frustrating when you canceled sell orders and end up magically losing the cards. Which resulted in losing around 80k stubs.

You have to go through the company you bought it from, playstation, xbox, or Nintendo. Usually on their website
PSN isnt budging on refunds. I tried yesterday, not even that I hate this years game I just dont know if I want to grind it this year, and I dont like the overall soundtrack as much lol

Sad to say I tried to refund today as well.....answer was a BIG FAT NO.. It's the only game I play, and having already gotten shafted out of more than 50K of cards and stubs.......just makes me sick.

You can't get a refund if you downloaded the game digitally or opened the case if you bought physically.

Cyberpunk was different. The company that produced Cyberpunk openly offered refunds because they need their game was broken.
Only way you'll get a refund from Playstation or a brick n mortar store, if you bought a disk version there, is if the company that produced the game states it's broken.
This game isn't broken. Does it have some bugs they're working on? Yes. Does it have connection issues they're working on? Yes.
But it's not totally unplayable.

Still waiting on cards and stubs lost due to server issues. Pretty wild they will take your money like that. It’s legit stealing. I feel I bought early access only to be beta testing it. What a joke.
I put in a support ticket Friday. Haven’t heard back from them. I guess they toook the weekend off.
