Im pretty good at this game. A seasoned veteran who sweats in every ranked game sitting at 60-17. I dont even bother trying down 15-0. I at least play through the first boss to make it 15-4

you can submit issues here, theshow.gg/support.
Is there a single person in the studio who plays this game?

No need for all caps.
Fix your effing game. It is actually awful and you should be embarrassed your name is attached to it.

59-16. Should be 61-14 but who is counting.

@Hoofartid said in MLB the RNG 20:
Sadly, it's now only a game of skill in the same way poker is a game of skill. Outside of the 1% of 1% of players, one's skill is really only apparent in the aggregate which is super frustrating and, IMO, kind of defeats the purpose of an action-oriented video game, especially H2H. But whatever.
In their defense (kinda), I get why SDS does it - the skill gap in this game is so large that if it played straight up, top players might be hitting .600+ while bad players would struggle to hit .100.
IMO, it would be a lot of fun but I'm sure they have backend data that tells them a large portion of the folks that spend $$ on stubs would fit into that latter category and, I assume, would quit out of frustration once they figured out they couldn't buy themselves wins anymore.
Why would bad players hit any worse my guy? Guys in 400 would still play other guys at 300-500. Unless you are suggesting that bad players never even square the ball up vs other bad players as is, then okay. But if you arent good. And you do finally square a couple up, that end up as good mother bleeping okay flyouts, wouldnt that be far worse gaming experience than getting rewarded a few times a game on some fluky hits? Idk. A better game would make everyone happy man. All levels.

@Nanthrax_1 said in Kris Bryant MVP card?:
Bryant is great. Had a bad year in '18 though... Other than that, he's elite
He did. Mostly was hurt though. Still wasnt “bad” just not the all star-MVP level we are used to seeing him at. Only Played 100 games. Had no power with a [censored] shoulder in the games he did play. He started off that year RED HOT as well. Either way 24 WAR in under 5 seasons played is pretty pretty good. Pretty much on track to be at worst a borderline hall of famer. Hasnt even entered his prime yet either is the crazy thing.

Guys Guys, let the Cubs fans have this one, it's about all they've got.
What do you mean champ? Some of the best cubs players ever are on the roster currently. 5 straight years of 500 plus ball including 4 92 plus win seasons, one which was 103. 3 NLCS appearances and a title. I think cubs fans are rather content with recent history my guy.

@BodamEscapePlan said in Anybody else kind of feel like you've run out of ways to improve your team?:
I realize that I've been a lot luckier than probably 99% of players out there as I've pulled Mike Trout, Nolan Arenado (x2), Jacob deGrom, Robb Nen, Francisco Lindor, and quite a few others despite basically being a no money spent (I spent $50 on the first Stub sale to finish off the Live Series collection).
So, with the Live Series done and unlocking Sheffield, Mantle, and Biggio, I've had about 300K in Stubs that I've been using to cycle through the new cards they've released like Andrew McCutchen, Zack Greinke, Matt Kemp, Ken Griffey Jr., Felix Hernandez, Jacoby Ellsbury, and Jake McGee. Out of those cards, the only ones I've decided to keep are Andrew McCutchen, Felix Hernandez, and Jacoby Ellsbury (when I hit 300 stars, I'll take Ellsbury. I'm at 250).
Now the only card I really want is the Prime Ben Zobrist as I think the only spot on my team that can use an upgrade is at shortstop, which is where I'd play Zobrist. This is what my team is looking like right now...
Ace - Corey Kluber [99]
SP2 - Felix Hernandez [96]
SP3 - Nick Lodolo [95]
SP4 - Blake Snell [95]
SP5 - Vida Blue [93]LR - Charlie Morton [86]
MID - Fernando Rodney [92]
MID - Aroldis Chapman [85]
MID - Adam Ottavino / Amir Garrett [85]
SU7 - Dennis Eckersley [93]
SU8 - Billy Wagner [94]
CL9 - Rollie Fingers [96]C - Buster Posey [99]
1B - Jason Giambi [92]
2B - Craig Biggio [99]
3B - Gary Sheffield [99]
SS - Chipper Jones [94]
LF - Andrew McCutchen [97]
CF - Mike Trout [95]
RF - Mickey Mantle [99]BN1 - Reggie Jackson, OF [99]
BN2 - Carlos Correa, SS [95]
BN3 - Vidal Brujan, 2B/CF [95]
BN4 - Matt Olsen, 1B/RF [89]
BN5 - Yoan Moncada, 3B/2B [86]Dibble or gange. Either way there are soooo many studs we are still waiting on. 99 frank, 99 tony, griff, babe, lou, kersh, 99 rivera, willie mays. A lotttttt of cards still to come man.

The Last of Us 2 is out in less than a month. This game is dead in the water. The fact that they have scaled back outcomes for online play vs. offline play is absolutely ridiculous. As long as that is the case there's no possible way this game will be better.
Statements like this are unbelievably moronic lmao. One is a sports game the other is a survival adventure game and aren’t in competition with each other.
Well you see Ill be buying and playing last of us 2 the day it comes out and i primarily play MLB. Seems like some competition to me!

I mean whats even good about it? This is by far the worst hitting has ever been, pitching is still awful. Fielding I guess has been better for me? Bad bad look from SDS. There is no point in trusting what they say anymore. They promised something good this year, then took it all away within a week lol. Depressing really. I just want to play 9 innings online and have fun and its not possible right now. These games are playing SO bad right now.
