Can we get clarification on this? Are roster updates now only for franchise and no longer diamond dynasty?

@Easy_Duhz_It__PSN too late like I said, we know you are trolling bro. In kyles video he showed there’s 40k people in the cheating discord and in a different video he showed that 280 out of the top 310 players on the leaderboard are bots. Unfortunately it’s a really big problem this year

@Ditka06_MLBTS no point in arguing with him, going from past posts he just comes on here to troll and disagree. He tried to defend them saying he liked the changes made to investing and the market because “people should play the game” but then also says he doesn’t care that there’s now a program that literally plays the game for you to earn packs. Fairly obvious he’s just a troll

@Easy_Duhz_It__PSN but not everyone has the same point of view as you lol. Just from how you talk you act like your opinion is the be all end all. Just because you don’t care about cheaters doesn’t mean it doesn’t matter. I don’t have to face them but for high level players it fully ruins their experience when they have to play them so often. If it’s a full price game like mlb the show they should actual be able to deal with cheaters and have a working anti cheat.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN oh 100% you are right. They already swept the changes they made before launch like 20 card cap under the rug even though many people were mad about it. It’s astonishing how good SDS is at ignoring any of the big complaints from the community lol. Like you said only reason they gonna do anything about this is YFK made a vid calling it out that almost has 100k views already

@luv-hogie_XBL from what I’ve this year their only focus is to increase in game sales, likely because with the lockout next year there won’t be any hype and they’re sales will struggle. Hopefully they save face a bit and start doing something to make the community happy, examples, more content, better anti cheat, making nms and investing like past years.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN well we will see if things change, but when Their biggest content creator makes a video about how bad the cheating and poorly SDS has combated it so far, then it’s probably a fairly big problem atm

@BnK-24_PSN all depends, if you like offline game mods like franchise and be a pro yes, if you aren’t a super competitive player and like just playing DD for the programs and offline content then yes. If you play the game for the investing aspect/are a competitive player I’d probably advise against.

@Dolenz_PSN there’s a discord with 40k members that YKF, they are mostly known for nba but now do mlb cheats. Supposedly they haven’t been getting banned at all, via from what Kyle said from what I’ve heard myself. Which is frustrating if true, because it shows with all the different cheats they provide for multiple game modes in DD that SDS has next to no working anti cheat atm

Because Last I seen there’s over 40k people in the discord that YFK mentioned in his video and almost no one has been banned from the discord. The guy who’s talking to Kyle has been using the mini season bot for weeks lol. I swear some of y’all are SDS employees on alts. My point is even with nba 2k having a cheating problem this year SDS did nothing this year to combat it and were more focused on nerfing NMS and trying to increase pack sales rather than focus on more important things. Like having literally any anti cheat at all for when the game launched.

Let me get this straight, they are gonna put a 20 card limit at launch and limit people who flip on the market but some people have been using a bot that runs mini seasons for them, making millions of stubs? From what I’ve seen no one has been banned using that specific bot type, maybe leave the people investing alone and focus on the bots that are actually ruining the game and the economy of mlb the show.

@ryguy034753_XBL call it a hunch, but SDS will look at continuing to nerf ways to make stubs, and do very little about the cheaters. They’ve shown us since launch day what their priorities are this year

@TripleH-4481_PSN that’s straight facts. The solace I get is knowing that because of WBC and past years success this game did very well sales wise, but next year with a lockout looming and how poorly SDS has done this year sales will be significantly down. MLB the show is one of Sony’s steady franchises and when they have a down year next year I’m sure they’ll make changes aka people losing their jobs. The cheating, market bots, and heavy nerfs on investing have made this game a rough game so far. I doubt any real positive changes will be made from the survey either
