It was magically there for me just now. Didn’t have to do anything. 13 [censored] days later and not a word of acknowledgment from these [censored]!

I called tech support a few days ago and asked them to delete the test tech from my account permanently. They are unable to do that for me. Still no PS5…

How hard is it for them to send me a digital download code or put the credit in my account to purchase it? They do not care.

Edit: [censored] they could have sent me a physical copy by now.

I still want what I paid for in 21. I don’t think that is too much to ask. Going forward I think their communications team needs to be fired.

I went back tonight to clean up a few moments I didn’t complete and they were now in black and white. The Mays and Ruth ones where both that way. Even the recaps were like that. I don’t know if they are trying to replicate the era or save server space.

Agree 100% the saddest thing is that they don't care. Stubs and worthless packs are not going to cut it as a payoff. If I could return this game I would in a minute.

I've spent 8 days now trying to get this fixed. I have multiple tickets opened, spent time in countless chats, and have spoken to reps. Nobody knows what is happening, or why this doesn't work. SDS has not said anything or acknowledged any kind of issue. You are in the same boat as me - we spent $100 for a broken PS4 game. Don't worry - you will get $10-20 of free in-game currency out of it for the servers, but probably will never see a PS5 version unless you shell out another $70. They took the money and ran.

I noticed this last night on my 3rd reinstall. After the game is downloaded and I'm able to play the PS4 disc on my PS5 I'm unable to find the game in my library. If I go online or to the library on the console the game does not exist. The only Show product in my library is the Test Tech for PS4. Since I'm unable to delete it I hide it in the menu, and I do not have the game in my library. It is like it doesn't exist even though it is in the drive and I'm playing it. I feel like this is not going to be resolved for awhile. It is so easy for them to give us download codes. I saw several people online that they were able to send physical games, hats, shirts, and stuffed animals to. Maybe they should work on taking care of some paying customers.

Yesterday I got off the phone with Sony tech support and she said that there is an issue with that game and they are working on a fix. Sad that I had to try for 6 days to get an answer, and that I had to get it from them. SDS is garbage at giving us any info at all. She had no ETA on a fix, but did say she thought the game was really broken based on the amount of calls that she had been getting on it this week.

Don't forget the nightly "server maintenance" in that sweet spot.

I know several people have had this issue, and I'm still trying to get my PS5 download done. All other perks from the code have worked, only the PS5 download is not there. I have seen all the other posts - I still have nothing. SDS has been absolutely useless, and the fact they have gone into hiding in their bunker is disgusting. Has anybody here found an avenue for a resolution?
