Still missing DLC from Jackie Robinson deluxe PS5

I also have a question, did you get the PS5 entitlement? I'm trying to figure out if the voucher with the JR Deluxe is the one that gives you the entitlement to the PS5 version, or if it's the disc that does it.

Where are the terms of fair play? I bought the ps4 physical copy and downloaded the PS5 version from the dl code which required the disc and requires the disk to play it.

So you got the ps5 version of mlb on disk and it came with a deluxe edition code right?
Did you go into the game and then click on stubs? Usually you would need to redeem those rewards in game. -
Yes I did that but it didn’t give me the stubs or packs

I bought the JR Deluxe entitlement edition (PS4 disc, PS5 entitlement upgrade). I have a PS5. One of the problems, I think is that people think once they redeem the code, they can go to the store and download the digital copy (I tried this at first too).
Does the code give the entitlement or the bonus items? I don't know because I redeemed it first thing. My guess is that it does both. After installing the PS4 version from the disc, I clicked on the three dots next to Play Now. The third line down had the options PS5 Full and test tech (yes, I did the test tech). I clicked on that line and the system installed the test tech version
. I clicked on the three dots again and installed the full version. As far as I know, it has to be installed from that menu.After everything was installed, I uninstalled the test tech and the PS4 versions.
I played a few games and noticed I didn't have the bonus items. I thought that maybe they’d show up in time, but they didn't. Eventually, I clicked on the Tatis icon on the top left because I wanted to create my RTTS player. That's where the terms of service are...in there. Once I accepted the terms, BOOM, my stuff showed up.

I already did everything above, but when I install the beta I go to the 3 dots and there's nothing in the menu that says I can install the full ps5 version

How hard is it for them to send me a digital download code or put the credit in my account to purchase it? They do not care.
Edit: [censored] they could have sent me a physical copy by now.
