I still want what I paid for in 21. I don’t think that is too much to ask. Going forward I think their communications team needs to be fired.

Yesterday I got off the phone with Sony tech support and she said that there is an issue with that game and they are working on a fix. Sad that I had to try for 6 days to get an answer, and that I had to get it from them. SDS is garbage at giving us any info at all. She had no ETA on a fix, but did say she thought the game was really broken based on the amount of calls that she had been getting on it this week.

You are not crazy.
I've spent 8 days now trying to get this fixed. I have multiple tickets opened, spent time in countless chats, and have spoken to reps. Nobody knows what is happening, or why this doesn't work. SDS has not said anything or acknowledged any kind of issue. You are in the same boat as me - we spent $100 for a broken PS4 game. Don't worry - you will get $10-20 of free in-game currency out of it for the servers, but probably will never see a PS5 version unless you shell out another $70. They took the money and ran.

Agree 100% the saddest thing is that they don't care. Stubs and worthless packs are not going to cut it as a payoff. If I could return this game I would in a minute.
