@dolenz_psn I use Dynamic and my pitching staff is from 1910. Through 78 games my ERA is 2.23 and I don’t tweak the sliders because it’ll minimize Gameplay XP which I want for DD progress. I’m on pace for about 350 homeruns as a team.

@the_joneser_psn Awesome that you did make a trip out there. My cousin went to teach English while in college way back in the early 2000s and ended up falling for one of his co-workers. He’s been there ever since.

The PS5 Pro is definitely worth the extra money. I can see a lot of differences even in this game with the lighting in the stadiums. I can read the scoreboards better because everything looks much cleaner. I upgraded just before last years game. The pro features are obviously much better for something like Crimson Desert. I wanted to get ahead of GTA VI when I upgraded to the pro.

@Redman20806765_XBL I don’t see why it wouldn’t be. It’s on presale in the PlayStation store. Check your store and see if it’s available.

@The_Joneser_PSN It says Pro enhanced. I figured I would be fine since it’s in the store. I just pre ordered it. I have visited my cousin and his family a few times and have been to some Hanshin Tigers games. That’s the local team near his house. So I get some Japanese words but I’m hoping they have the same thing this game does with languages and lets you somehow swap the language.

@the_joneser_psn I had to set up a Japanese PSN to get the game to work. I only knew I could even do this because my cousin lives in Japan. He sent me the game and told me what to do in order to play.

I would have done the same as you if needed but was lucky to get the digital at launch then traded it for the digital pro model. I pre-reserved it though which is how I got one.

I agree on what you said about DD crowd not playing. I basically play DD on the side but usually run 2 franchises. I’m not doing it because of this game. Not much for a retired person these days.

@the_joneser_psn I had one of their games way back on PS4. I had been waiting for a digital release since I went digital with the PS5.

I’ve never been known to talk about other games on this forum but is anyone else planning on buying this game besides me?

Moments are a pain already since they dumb them down and force you to play on veteran. No need to toss a pitcher who never pitched a single game for the Dodgers just for their high H/9 and HR/9 vs someone that actually pitched in that series.

Edit: For the curious people who actually read this, it took me 47 attempt and I got 6 hits before the homerun and drew 15 walks.

I have been playing since this game first came out and before. I’m gonna take the opposite view. I find it easy to use and way better than what it had before. It’s nice knowing that I won’t have the ability to field Team USA on my team within a couple years.

I love the trade hub. Sure beats the latest update breaking Ohtani. Take him out as a pitcher and whenever he bats he comes up and it’s the pitcher who replaced him with but it’s him in the players body model.

They can’t do faces scans until the players go in to have their faces scanned. You are literally a broken record. How old are you? If you’re a kid I’d like to know so I can just ignore you. If you aren’t I’m thinking you might get unstuck and make a valid post.

The sport of basketball is boring in itself so for that reason the game isn’t appealing enough for me to even bother when they throw it at me for free.

I mean real pitchers who didn’t just pitch can pitch and not be tired and can’t you just do the same thing with your own pitchers?

What's the point of them releasing MLB26. It will look and play exactly the same as MLB25. They should just take a year off completely overhaul the engine they have and come back with MLB27. They could still drop updates for 25 so there still making income.

They use their own proprietary engine. It’ll be the same one if they take 5 years off.

@ThrowingKnifeAim_PSN Thats not how things work. Baseball Reference also lists him as 180. Go fix all these sources to what you feel is correct and drag him to the scale personally.

They have the same weight as his MLB.com profile. Thats where they get the information.

@Ken_Stallings_MLBTS I don’t personally care for a lot of useless visuals I never look at or use. However, the check swings don’t always pass the “eyeball” test either. But sometimes I also find my player swung but didn’t get nailed for it. Gotta keep in mind it’s a game. It’s all rating dependent. Players with terrible vision and discipline get penalized and the opposite happens for players with great ratings.

@Ken_Stallings_MLBTS Are you playing with umpire accuracy set at “personalized, average or perfect”? I use perfect assuming this is their version of a “robot ump” but this setting also factors here.
