Not sure what other online games you have played over the last 20 years, but you don't get compensation for everytime the server is restarted in any game.

In addition, time zone issues have always been based on the location of the game company servers. For UK folks, I don't care for Elite Dangerous reboot times as they coincide with my east coast US, but I don't hit their forums, complain and then demand compensation.
Maybe I should've worded my post a little better. I understand the need for server maintenance and agree with the time to suit the US. My point is we pay the extra money for a service that's clearly not ready. I'm being kicked off the server every 10 minutes at the minute and losing progress/conquest games. It's inconvenient and the stubs as recompense is surely the least Sony could do?
I haven't lost progress on any aspect of the game so far.
Historically, your connection is likely the cause of the progress being lost and your disconnects. I cannot speak to your connection specifically because I'm not familiar enough with european residential internet, but I have extensive experience over the last 25 years with latency, PnP and node pathing to know that being halfway around the world isn't helping you.
Understand your reasoning but I've been playing The Show games now for over 10 years and haven't experienced this before. That being said though I must say the game itself is fantastic. I'm loving the gameplay & the new layouts.
