No need for the long rant. Losing Team Affinity was a major mistake. If you want TA back, please post here. I’m sure it won’t do anything but at least it’ll be noted that we want it.

Hey offline players you have nothing coming this week. Please enjoy playing Mini seasons for the 7,000th time.

And before you say, play online. I have T mobile and can’t.

This years game has a major content problem. I want to play the game. But they are giving me no reason to.

I wish I knew who to tag. When I come in here and see several posts requesting more content, I know it’s not just me. I don’t mind that it’ll take me months to get Miggy. That’s the fun part. I don’t care about packs having the best cards. I’m not a fan but it’s not my beef. All I am asking for…and several others seem to be asking as well. Is more content for offline players.

I unfortunately don’t have a choice. I have T-Mobile and cannot play head 2 head games. But regardless of my reason, I think my request is reasonable. I want to play your game SDS. I want to have conquest maps, large program paths littered with packs. Team Affinity every 6 weeks or so. Not just one and done.

My ultimate wish for this game is simply to play it more. It’s not a big ask SDS. Please hear us. You can still hide things behind a paywall and make collections really hard. But please give us more content. Please listen to your community.

I got 4 Ballin packs from a Mini seasons challenge. In one of them a diamond…. I’m sure a Tatis or Julio. Hey, I don’t mine 4k stubs.

But the back of the card is red…..and it’s a Dodger………OHTANI!!!!!!

Game changed. I have not had a good of pull this year. I have lived at about 50K stubs, able to buy a few cards here and there. I haven’t reached a boss yet.

Now I have 800k stubs. What to do, what to do…:.

If you have all the the vouchers, you get 30 new cards which is awesome.

But there is nothing for you to do in Team Affinity. That is a massive L for offline players. I am sure there is lots of good content, but this really bums me out that they skipped this. It also means there will be no Team Affinity program paths for Finest either.

What’s the problem? Don’t like conquests, don’t play them. Unless you’re an Angels fan or a huge Zack Neto mark, you have no reason to play this if you don’t like conquests. But those of us who enjoy offline play have some content. Also, there are several packs attached to this conquest so it’s not like you get nothing for your time.

I never really understand complaining about too much content. I don’t care how much they give online players. As long as we get stuff to grind offline.

Today was probably the best release day since the game came out.

SDS thinks cards are content. I like cards but it would be nice to have stuff to play. Was looking forward to TA but they pretty much did away with it.

@YOSHI24_XBL they released the pack with a time limit. That creates a sense of urgency. It literally implies time is running out. So buy now.

The All Star week was supposed to be the biggest content drop of the year. With the voucher system, Team Affinity was rendered meaningless in terms of playable content. I’m all for the voucher system for those that don’t like to grind, but an easy fix would have been to give us the cards and still give us reward paths to play for each team. A team Affinity mini season which is no longer a thing. Team Affinity conquest maps. I play at most 2 hours a night after my wife and daughter go to bed. I should not have to ration content. As of now, I have nothing to do.

SDS- please bring back Team Affinity playable content!!!!

Voucher exchange and no programs. I miss when TA release day brought with it a ton of playable content. Program paths with many rewards including the TA bosses and henchmen. I get the idea of the voucher exchange but our reward for playing all year is a bunch of cards and nothing to do with them. Does anyone else wish there would have been TA program paths and conquests released?

The top 5 pack which was 75K??? Those cards are now as low as 25k on the market. Way to rip your customers off SDS. That’s sad

I’m sure a bunch of people will jump on me for saying this but I feel like I need to ration the content right now because there is no Team Affinity.

I play a couple hours a night after my family goes to bed. So no I’m not a “needs to touch grass” type.

I still have plenty to do but considering it’s still the week of the All Star game and I could easily knock out everything in a few days, that is a bummer. That is where Team Affinity should come in. I like that we got to use the cards immediately but they absolutely should have given us program rewards paths for TA. It’ll be far worse when Finest comes out because the game will effectively be over with nothing to work toward.

I play the game about 2 hours a night and I’m still more than 200k away. Last year I did multiple spins every inning. There is just not enough content for offline players this year. I honestly try to be positive about the game but this year has been such a let down. I’m truly considering giving up. It’s just not fun anymore.

@GoozeFn_PSN are you saying it’s non existent because of TA or because we don’t have it?

I want the division TA. 6 big programs, 6 big conquests, lots of content.

This years TA was awful. None of those cards are relevant unless you use captains. The #1 fan grind is useless.

Bring back the TA from 2021

I finally got caught up on this discussion. Phew, had no intention of lighting a match. Guys, I miss playing online. I loved BR. I’m just not gonna make my lady drop her internet provider who gives her a huge discount for being a nurse so I can play a few games a week online. This is the only video game I own or play, so going through that hassle is a bit unnecessary. Plus I get the MLB package for free through T Mobile.

My post was in no way intended as an online versus offline debate. I don’t care how any of you play. That’s your business. I have never complained about having to play online to earn certain cards. All I want is for the one game I play, to have something for me to do.
Offline. Anyway, carry on with the insult flinging I guess.

Yeah, I always love when someone asks a question and then snaps at the person answering. My 13 year old daughter does that a lot. It’s called not being able to regulate your emotions. Puberty is tough.

I just figured that out. So instead of picking a boss worth far more, I can get 25k? That is one of the more idiotic ideas they’ve had.

We have a content problem. There should be better rewards and more content. So far this year is a major disappointment. I’m hoping they ramp it up. But if we have no Team Affinities to look forward to and the Cityscape content is a “huge release” many people will be gone by June.

SDS- please listen to your community. There needs to be more content and better rewards.

The Spotlight lightning program was released and as an exercise I wanted to compare to April lightning of last year. Last year we got a 100 point path. Every 5 points was a reward. A spotlight pack, a deluxe pack, 5 pack bundle, ballin packs etc. this year we get a 100 point path, rewards every 10 points, only 1 spotlight pack at the end. This is pretty much how the whole year has gone. They have found ways to gut stub making avenues and content has been anemic.

Perfect example, they made the cityscape map repeatable for a deluxe pack which 9 times out of 10 will be a 3k stub card. They made the US Maps repeatable but the cards are not resellable. What happened to double PxP? TA is one and done this year. They have absolutely gutted this game.

I don’t expect to be able to get every card. But I have completed all the content available and I’m still only at 275K XP for the inning. I’m sitting on 19K stubs with no way to make more. SDS- people are unhappy. Please give us content. That’s all we ask for.
