I get it, no matter what they do, someone will complain. Many people even. But I have not seen this bad a reaction in the 3 years I’ve been playing.

Since about May, there has been a consistent message from the people on the forum, Twitter, Reddit etc, they do not want 97 or less of players that already have 99s. It’s a waste of a card. By that measure I would say TA 4 has 90 wasted cards.

I love Team Affinity. I think it gives the offline player constant content to work toward. I don’t expect all 99s but another TA full of 97s makes no sense. TA 4 in 2021 was all 99s save for a few. This just shows that SDS either isn’t listening, doesn’t care or actually wants to prove some perverse point.

And who on earth asked for this card art?

I think they should get auto grand slams. Even when there is nobody on base. Then be served a tray of beer and Hor d'oeuvres when they cross home plate.

This game is more than just building one “God Squad to rule them all.” The logic that certain cards aren’t usable only applies to the percentage of people who only play Ranked. There are many of us who like playing all the other aspects of the game- conquests, showdowns, Mini Seasons, BR, Events, events missions etc. I pay my $100 for the game so that I can have a ton of enjoyable content to complete and a diverse set of cards of my favorite players to collect and use. This year far surpasses last by a massive margin.

This company can’t win with anyone. How is a robust program with a ton of content, 90 diamond cards, 3 showdowns, 3 conquests, an entire Mini Seasons attached to it and 6 huge reward paths filled with missions, moments, cards, stubs and XP underwhelming? If all you wanna do is have the best team to play online and don’t enjoy any of the other content or any of the cards that aren’t the top tier- that’s like buying a mansion and only using 1 room.

Or the joke is that the game even can freeze this year on offline content. It has happened to me twice. It is possible he is not even waiting someone out and just has a console lock up and not a freeze off.

If you had the choice of playing a 3 game series in New York against a 101 win team and facing the two headed dragon of Degrom and Scherzer while risking elimination or going bowling and appearing on Jimmy Kimmel what would you choose?

Stop making excuses. Your team lost. My team lost. The other teams won. The new playoff structure isn't designed to destroy the Dodgers, maybe work on your baseball game and not on your bowling or at least stop making excuses.

They’ve definitely found a way to deter casual online players from playing online. Maybe that was the goal. I came into the season truly planning on playing online more but that is no longer the case.

I might be going out on a limb here but I think the person that took the time to create the topic and post it probably cares.

I can’t figure that guy out. Every post is about how terrible the game is , how awful SDS is, and basically how stupid anyone who plays it or thinks differently is, yet he is here everyday like a bad fungus.

It's funny to make fun of you people. This game is garbage. I don't see why you can't understand it. "Oh, ah! A shiny new card that has one additional power vs lefties this year! WOW!". All the while, thousands of people get into freeze offs.All the while, every outcome is predetermined because SDS can't program a game that has real outcomes. They take the easy way out and you clowns buy it year after year with trash changes. I mean, it took them like, what?, 16 years to update the commentary? They never fix Franchise. I should be able to trade three C level players for Tatis to my team. I'm not buy this game again and I feel cheated by SDS.

Angels fans can hate on Pujols all they want, I don't entirely blame them. He had 11 dominant years in St Louis (find me a more dominate 11 year stretch by any hitter ever, other than Bonds). Only player ever to amass .300+ average, 30+ Home Runs and 100+ RBIs in 10 straight seasons.

But, his Angels run was nowhere near worth the money they paid him. And if he really said that, I would have beef too. But this Fraud talk? My buddy met Albert and his wife at the zoo this past year, he was taking his kid and a large group of autistic children on a tour. My friend works with a young man with autism and they happened to be at the zoo. Albert not only signed autographs, he invited them to join their tour and spent the whole day together. So when it comes to being a quality human. Albert is no Fraud. He is and always will be the man.

If I want a challenge, I’ll go run a marathon or hike a mountain. That’s not to say I want this to be easy, but it’s really no fun getting two singles and striking out 16 times. That’s my fault, I don’t play enough online to get better because I don’t gather any enjoyment from it. I play this game to escape the rigors of real life.

I really liked the All Star mission, beat Seattle on Vet or better. They should have missions like that in all programs. Beat certain teams on a certain difficulty.
