You can have multiple RTTS saves but yes it will all be the same player. I currently have 4 different RTTS saves that I am using. An infielder, outfielder, starting pitcher, and closer.

I have a sinker as my 5th pitch so it will show up as an option eventually.

No you don’t. When you add the 4th and 5th with the other one it will add it to your ballplayer and when you go back to your current RTTS save, they will be there.

Switched up quite a bit this year but I’ve been using Charlie Blackmon one handed recently and doing great with it. Ones with a lot of movement before the pitch can throw off timing for me personally.

I changed my throwing from showtime to button accuracy and the blue circle appeared while base running. Changed it back to showtime and the circle stopped showing up. Give it a shot in troubleshooting

You answered your own question. You have maxed it out.

I’ve noticed the same. Only mine seems to last more than 4 games. I’ll go a couple series of trash hitting and then after that slump I’m hitting the gaps or over the fences at least twice a game.

Thank you for pushing out a patch as quick as y’all did. Worked for me this morning with no crashes and everything progressing as it should on PS4

I have found that being a pitcher only in RTTS, I don’t get the crashes or the weird coach heads. I had an old save of one in AAA and got called up to MLB and have played multiple games without an issue.

So until they push out a fix, get to work on progressing your pitcher stats

Does it still crash if you don’t use the Play Next Game button after the 1st game (as in go back to to the main RTTS menu after each game)

I’m at work right now so I can’t try it but I plan to experiment with some of my position player saves in the MLB when I get home

Yes PS4.
I'm over 80 hours into an RTTS player. So I'd rather they fixed it.
Also re-starting - What might happen is we re-start - only to get the error at some point 50 hours down the line?
This does need a fix.

Well you can restart and play a new RTTS until the next update comes out and breaks that one too. I agree it does need to be fixed but I wouldn’t expect it anytime soon

I know this isn’t what anyone wants to hear including me but I started a new RTTS and it appears to be working. I’ve played two series in AA as a Left Fielder in the Athletics organization and no crashes with everything progressing.

Only issue I see is the graphic screw ups in the dugout and on the 1st base coach.

This is the 2nd time I’ve started a new RTTS due to an update and this will get old pretty quick if every update is going to break your current saves.

Same issue here. Reported it on here but we will probably have to live with it until 1.06 unfortunately.

What is your overall rating? Also is there someone blocking you in the majors? I was a CF for the Braves and was offered a switch to RF, shortly after I was called up.

And good luck with the trade thing. I don’t know what experience others have had but I can’t get a team to trade me in RTTS21 on any of my players. Had a 1B guy stuck with the Brewers and they refuse to trade me away. Still have that save, but I’m using my CF with the braves and a SP with the dbacks mostly now.

Sim that one game and try the next days game.

For anyone who runs into this issue in the future I found a way to work around it. Tonight I simmed the game that it kept giving me the error on and was able to continue playing the same RTTS character in games after that with no errors.
