There are two huge issues that I see, one is that we are not BETA testers. If they wanted beta testers they should have given all of us a month of the game for free as they work out the bugs. To pay $100 and not get the full value of the game isn't right. I didn't pay $100 to test their servers out. Charge us after the beta test is over. Last year I lost interest about three to four-month of the game's release, I did come back to it in the winter. To kill our moods about it in the beginning, too me is a bad business practice.
The second issue I have and many others have voiced this, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. What company can get by with no customer service? Just properly communicate with us. And a tech update or a tweet doesn't cut it. They have our email addresses and they have us in the game, reach out to us. I really think it would calm a lot of issues everyone is having. But please don't put Coach and Ramone on a video to explain this. Be upfront with us. We are your customers, treat us like you like us as customers.
I went to bed last night ready to give up on this game, but I really love playing. I am on the fence right now to put my PS in the closet and forget this game. I am not a regular gamer, and I am not sure of other games having these issues, but my thought is it really doesn't happen. Could be wrong.
