Please tell me if any of you at all have had this one happen to you…

Playing for World Series in a 0-0 game bottom 8th. It wasn’t already bad enough that the ball hit off my batters foot and yet was still called a fair ball. Since I had nearly four mins on my pause time wanting to just very quickly confirm for myself that I wasn’t seeing things. As I am watching the replay the entire screen goes completely gray yet I can still hear the background noise. I am just hitting ️ to see if i am actually able to get it out but of course nothing. Few mins later now follow by the screen turning pitch black as it is off and of course still able to hear background noise.

As if the never ending freeze outs year after year isn’t enough now they are adding “blackouts” to the list? I don’t even know if this is considered a freeze out or if I am already taking the loss. The thing is it was a 0-0 score and we each had four hits although I still had two outs remaining in the 8th even after that fake fair ball to lead off the inning.

I don’t even know if this is considered an actual freeze out or not. Yet what is crazy is that anytime I run into idiotic freeze outs if I am losing or if the game is tied and I have less hits than my opponent then I will leave right away and give them the win. However if I am on the flip side of it then I don’t care how long it takes I will literally just jump on my other PlayStation and leave the other one for as long as it takes. In this case it’s both tied in runs and hits. I do have two more outs to play with than my opponent but I have never even used a third tie breaker of my own.
